Quand il s'agit de l'endroit idéal pour appeler à la maison pour vos vacances à Hawaï, notre penthouse de 2 chambres sera, espérons-le, celui que vous aspirez année après année. Avec 240 vues sur l'océan et le magnifique cratère Diamond Head derrière nous, il n'y a vraiment pas de meilleur endroit.
Du sol au plafond, des portes coulissantes complètes dans le salon garantissent à vos rassemblements la meilleure vue. Que ce soit les surfeurs, les pagayeurs du club Outrigger (à côté) ou la flottille de voilier du soir qui vous attend en sirotant un Mai Tai au coucher du soleil.

Le penthouse lui-même dispose de deux chambres, d'une salle de bains moderne et d'une cuisine bien équipée.

Notre suite est entièrement la vôtre pour la durée de votre séjour avec sa véranda privée pleine longueur (qui peut accueillir huit personnes), si vous souhaitez avoir des amis pour partager vos vues de vacances luxueuses.

La suite se trouve au sommet du Diamond Head Beach Hotel & Residences et est loin de la foule folle qui grouille Waikiki, mais à seulement 15 minutes à pied le long du front de mer si vous recherchez une vie nocturne plus sauvage ou pour profiter des nombreux restaurants de premier ordre Waikiki a à offrir.

Notre suite dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit gratuite, d'une télévision HD et du câble. Nous avons un réceptionniste dans le hall pour aider à l'impression des cartes d'embarquement, des conseils locaux sur les lieux de restauration et des randonnées pour tous les niveaux d'énergie.

Les jardins communaux de l'hôtel en dessous de nous offrent un espace supplémentaire pour se détendre tout en obtenant un bronzage écouter l'océan qui rencontre notre propriété. Peut-être que vous prendrez un tuba le long du récif pour admirer la fascinante vie marine, le choix vous appartient?

Great location and views!

We enjoyed our stay. The location and views can't be beat. Within walking of restaurants, shopping and beaches. We even walked to the KCC farmers market on Saturday which was great! The unit could use a refresh of the bathroom but overall a very pleasant stay.

The Penthouse

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The property was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. When we weren’t out exploring the beautiful island, we were sitting on the balcony watching the surfers. It was splendid!!

My family had to most amazing time here. I began every morning and ended every day out on the lanai. I’ve never seen such beautiful views. I highly recommend this location. The check in process was very easy and the hosts were easy to communicate with! We will definitely be back some day.

Spectacular views

Waking up and falling asleep listening to the sound of the waves was so peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our week in Hawaii! The check in process was very convenient and the host was easy to get ahold of for questions. The condo is away from the busy streets of Waikiki but also just a short walk to spend the evening eating and shopping. We walked back and forth daily just for the beauty of the walk in the amazing weather. The views on the balcony are so breathtaking and the condo was so quiet. The penthouse had everything we needed to cook with and the beds were very comfortable. I already want to go back and stay here again!

Perfect Location in Wiakiki

This is a beautiful condo in the perfect location. It is a quick walk down the beach to get to the excitment of Wiakiki, but far enough out that you can still drive easily to other parts of the island for exploration. If you like to run there is a great run, about 6 km, around Diamond Head. The condo is great, the lanai has a spectacular view out over the water where you can nearly always see surfer and the canoe from the club a couple of building down the beach. The only funny thing is that the entrance to the second bedroom if from the first rather than off the hallway. That said, I would still book this condo when back on Oahu. As a matter of fact I tried, but it was already rented for my dates.

Location and views are fantastic.

Location and views are fantastic and don’t disappoint. The condo has some wear and tear that shows but okay. Cleanliness was okay but for me not great. You could see fingerprints on the cabinets in the kitchen and doors throughout which looked like they had been there a while. This bothered me the most. Dirt buildup on baseboards and tile. A little cleaning adjustment would go a long way. Overall our stay was still good and relaxing!

Everything you could wish for in a vacation spot

Amazing views, good location, comfortably furnished, with everything you need and no clutter. We loved using the table with views of Diamond Head and the ocean that cleverly folds out from the wall, saving space when not in use. We didn’t need the AC except at night in the bedroom because the sliding glass doors open to allow the breezes in. There is actually another penthouse unit above this one, but this is the highest floor that the elevator goes to (14th floor is only accessible via stairs). We will be back! P.S. Try ‘Yoga For My Homies’ in Leahi Park, Li Hing Mui flavor shave ice at Waiola Shave Ice, poke at Ono Seafood and scones from Diamond Head Market.

Sunrise over Diamond Head

Indeed a true gem - great position away from the bustle of Waikiki central but still easy 20 minute walk away, with panoramic breathtaking views around you. Folding doors opened , extension table opened - perfect spot for breakfast. Lanai in the afternoon - for a kip , catch the sea breeze, spotting for whales - see them most days heading east. Great snorkelling below, with mask and flippers (including boogie boards x2 and a surfboard) provided. Saw turtles but missed the oppurtunity to swim with them. No beach access however. Slightly rocky. Safe ways ( and Leonard's Malasadas!) walking distance away - don't really need Waikiki. Comfy beds, city views from bedroom, heaps of cupboard space. Pillows could be better though... Kitchen well equipped. Cooling works well but didn't need it. We'll be back in a heartbeat! Thanks for your help, Mark (great to deal with)! Mahalo!

Great location, not great apartment

Pros: the views are breathtaking and the location is first rate. Cons: This apartment could use a total refresh. It’s old and everything needs to be replaced. The outdoor dining is a misnomer. The sliding doors need to be open to erect the table so it is not possible to have both outdoor dining and indoor air conditioning. The second bedroom is as wide as the bed. It is only accessible through the other bedroom.

We’ve been staying at the DBH for 30+ years, back when it was a hotel, and loved coming back recently for a family reunion over thanksgiving. The condo was great- everything we needed during our stay, and the balcony view can’t be beat!

The property was everything advertised. Fantastic view. We could see the Saturday fireworks (although they were a little far away). This is a super convenient location for everything we were doing on this trip. I would recommend this property and will likely rent it again.

Wonderful Place with Wonderful Views

Walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, but just adjacent enough that you have quiet mornings and only hear the ocean at night. Truly fantastic views, with a three-sided balcony, you're able to see the ocean, Diamond Head, and the Honolulu skyline. Went there to celebrate my engagement, and I feel like I've found a hidden gem. Will be recommending this place to all of my friends!

Awesome Ocean View

This fantastic penthouse condo on the 13th floor has a truly awesome huge view of the great big blue ocean and Diamond Head! Every room has an amazing view. There are gigantic sliding glass doors that open up completely so you get an unobstructed view and the refreshing breeze cools the place down. The lanai balcony looks out over the sea with surfers, sailboats, and jaw-dropping sunsets. The furnishings are very comfortable and attractive. The kitchen is well-stocked. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The master bedroom is quite spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom is much smaller, the bed is a little too firm and cramped in, and you have to walk through the master to get in, so it’s really not ideal for adults. Also it gets stuffy and hot in the 2nd bedroom even with the AC on, so it would have been better to have a portable fan available. The property manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with. It’s definitely worth it to pay the fee for the underground garage assigned parking space. The building has a nice garden area with lounge chairs overlooking the sea. There’s a metal ladder going down from the sea wall that makes it easy to go swimming or snorkeling. Also lovely Sans Souci Beach is a very short walk down the street and the great Hau Tree beachfront restaurant is right there.
