It is fully furnished with a spacious and inviting, open floor plan, making this home feel much bigger than it is. The home is equipped with the state-of-the-art, fiber-optic internet for the fastest, most reliable, internet connections in the area. Modern Smart TV utilizes fiber optic internet (direct), offering instant access to nearly every streaming service (built-in), for all your favorite media content during your stay. Perfect for families or couples who want to be in the area but without the big home prices. Bring your dog (1 & size is limited), but please make sure to disclose by paying the required "pet fee" as the house will need a deep cleaning to ensure a comfortable stay for the next guests who may have allergies to pet dander.

Convenient location: less than 10 minutes (driving) from Tim's Lake Anna Restaurant & Crabhouse (also at this location: Mini golf, arcade, Moo-thru, and Jet Ski & Boat rentals); less than 10 minutes from the only major grocery store on the lake (Food Lion, Mineral); less than a 15-minute drive from The Lake Anna State Park (beach, picnic area, playground, boat ramp, camping, trails, snack bar, showers); 5-minute drive from Christopher Run campground with accessible boat ramp; centrally-located to many more fun places to spend your time during your stay to include wineries, breweries, and much more.

This cottage in Mineral served as a convenient base for our trip to the area. It met our basic needs while we were in town, and the location near the lake was very quiet.

The house and host were excellent. Never having rented thru Vrbo, Dylan made it easy and answered all my questions. The house is cozy, quiet, clean and nestled in a wooded community, it was a perfect location for us in Lake Anna.

In the beginning I had a few hiccups.. first 1, it took me a min to get into the house I couldn't get into the lock 2nd. The code for the property gate went non usable and I had to wait for someone with a workable code to get through the gate...this was the last 2 days...very inconvenient ...when renting please make sure that the property gate code works the whole stay....With all that being said I would definitely stay here again. .the rental was exactly as stated and very , very clean. Price wasn't bad either...I would most definitely recommend this listing

Thank you for your review. For next time, there is a key-lockbox, hanging from the doorknob with your key inside. Do not push any buttons anywhere on the door, as that is for a deadbolt and your code will not work there. The lockbox is a spin-type, dial combination, so, no bittons at all, with the front doorknob key inside. The top lock with keypad, is a deadbolt and will already be unlocked for you just prior to check-in. The other issue you had with the gate code, was likely due to user error as the dedicated code does not change during your stay. This unique gate code has been set up for you during your stay, and will work throughout your entire stay, unless you are staying for an extended duration, in which case an alternate code will be provided to you with the effective dates. It is critically important that you enter the # sign before the numbers, every time, or it will not open the gate. Also, please be sure to check your VRBO messages and the welcome guide the is sent to you automatically by VRBO, as these things were covered several times as well as a lot of other helpful information. Thanks again for choosing us for your stay, and happy to see you noticed that the home is held to a very high standard.

The house was very clean and comfortable. We were grateful for the fans in the bedrooms (I sleep very hot). The outside fenced-in yard was very convenient for our small dog. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. It was just what we needed for our weekend getaway.

Very Accommodating

We were homeless waiting for our home being built to be completed and had to keep extending our stay due to unforeseen delays and the owner was very flexible in allowing us to do that. Property was very comfortable and perfect for our stay.

Amazing Laka Anna rental

This vacation rental was amazing! It was clean, it had all amenities including extras in the cabinets/fridge, and the owner was very communicative for the check-in/stay process! Plus it was in a very quiet, lake-adjacent neighborhood, and had close proximity to restaurants, which we loved! Thank you to the owner for providing my family with such a great experience! We will gladly come back again!

We chose this neighborhood firstly because it's in a safe, quiet, gated community. The second reason we chose this property is because it is centrally-located to just about everything, while still offering peace and quiet among some of the other noisier neighbors with water properties.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

One of the biggest things that makes this property unique to our competitive set, is how we lead the market with both pricing and value. Look around some other properties in the area and if you look for the cheapest, you definitely don't get much, or if you go more expensive, you end up with too much house and they are very pricey. The fact that 4 adults + 2 kids or 2 adults + 4 kids, can comfortably fit in this house, is all because of the design of the home, floor plan, and how we've furnished the space. You don't find that in other properties, local or otherwise.
