Roadrunner - Historic Upper Canyon, Priv Hot Tub, Cozy

Our Roadrunner cabin is located in the beautiful Upper Canyon, only a couple of minutes from our main office and store. Roadrunner features an open design with lots of room. The cook's kitchen is a great place to put dinner together and the coffee maker is always ready and we provide the coffee! Of course, you can use the grill on your private deck out front if that's more to your liking.The main bedroom has a king bed and the bathroom includes a spacious whirlpool/jetted tub. The living room is comfortable and well furnished and has a flat screen TV with Roku. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room so the cabin accommodates 4 guests total. Bring some apples because the deer always drop by to say hello. If you're really lucky you may see Elk or an occasional Black Bear wander by. Humming birds and other feathered friends also frequent the cabin, so have your camera ready. Roadrunner is located close to all of the attractions Ruidoso has to offer including dining, shopping, gambling, horse racing, hiking, biking, fishing and so much more.At day's end cozy up in front of the wood burning stove and feel the stress of every day life melt away. Or, feel free to enjoy your private hot tub located right next to the cabin. You can also jump onto our free high speed internet to catch up with the outside world. Be sure to check out our in-cabin directory for all the information you need, including the best restaurants in our "Just for you" selections, it's where the locals eat.There is also an in-suite washer and dryer, perfect for doing laundry so you don't have to overpack!This cabin is pet friendly for a fee of $35 + Tax per pet/per reservation. VRBO does not collect this fee, please inform us upon booking if you will be bringing a pet so we can add it to your reservation. Please note Ruidoso is a mountain town, in the winter months we strongly recommend winter tires and/or 4WD.

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your reservation please review the following policy. An administration fee of $35 will be charged to all cancellations 14 days or more in advance, unless a reschedule has been agreed upon. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to check-in will be charged a 1 night fee including taxes and are subject to all other nights the Cabin or Room is not re-rented. If you do not show up for your reservation you will be charged in full. Sorry, no refund for early departure. We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing Trip Insurance to protect your investment. Full details can be found on our website.Please note Cancellation policies for Christmas and New Years (Inclusive Dec 20-Jan 5) differ significantly, they will be clearly explained in your rental agreement. UCLC's signed rental agreement will take precedence over any 3rd party booking site policy.
