To many stairs for old people to climb my mistakeCabin Entryway was hard to negotiateLow water pressure hard to showerProblems operating tv set controller very small and hard to handleNot much view/roadnoise from patio did see a few deer from time to time
This home is beautiful and well maintained. It has all the comforts of home plus a lot of bonuses. The biggest bonus to me is a deck out the back that overlooks the golf course. The only negative is that is is not handicap friendly
Ronnie and Marilyn Nutt are from the small town of Throckmorton, TX. They started coming to Ruidoso several years ago for vacations and to escape the Texas summer heat! They love to golf and watching the horse races while visiting. Anticipating retirement, Ronnie and Marilyn decided to purchase a second home in Ruidoso, a place they have grown to love, so that their family could enjoy this wonderful little mountain town year round!
We chose this property for its size and ability to accommodate our whole family. When we purchased the property in April of 2013, our hope was that us, our kids, and grandkids could all come together and enjoy Ruidoso as a family. So far, it has worked tremendously well!
For our family, the benefits of this home include space for us to spread out, pine trees, Gavilan Ridge views out the living room windows, deer roaming in the yard, and a full, equipped kitchen to cook holiday meals in! We hope you enjoy our little Ruidoso getaway as much as we do!
