The main bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a wall-mounted TV, while the second bedroom has a double bed-ideal for a small family or group of friends. Note that the second bedroom is a bit snug.This cozy yet functional cabin is perfect for a couple with 1-2 kids or 3-4 adults seeking a mountain escape. It includes in-suite laundry, but please be aware these are MINIATURE UNITS intended for only a few articles of clothing at a time.Enjoy the open-air covered deck with brand-new furniture and a propane BBQ-propane included! Please note some stairs are needed to access the front door. In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your reservation please review the following policy. An administration fee of $35 will be charged to all cancellations 14 days or more in advance, unless a reschedule has been agreed upon. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to check-in will be charged a 1 night fee including taxes and are subject to all other nights the Cabin or Room is not re-rented. If you do not show up for your reservation you will be charged in full. Sorry, no refund for early departure. We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing Trip Insurance to protect your investment. Full details can be found on our website.Please note Cancellation policies for Christmas and New Years (Inclusive Dec 20-Jan 5) differ significantly, they will be clearly explained in your rental agreement. UCLC's signed rental agreement will take precedence over any 3rd party booking site policy.
