The Little Black House - in the heart of RiNo!

If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind, downtown Denver experience, our oasis will provide the ideal base camp for all your adventures. This house is perfect bachelor/bachelorette parties, families, or groups of friends. Not only is it right in the heart of Denver's premiere art district, but you will be able to experience everything Larimer Street has to offer right when you walk out the front door. This house isn't just a place to crash at the end of the day, but an opportunity to experience what it's like to be a part of RiNo's rhythm.

The living room features two big, comfy chairs and a spacious daybed, plus tons of natural light. We've got a selection of board games and tons of vintage records, so it's a great spot to gather any time of day. If you're here on Sunday morning, you'll find the New York Times at the gate to enjoy while you're sipping your morning caffeine.

Our parlor features a comfy love seat and ottoman, a mini-bar setup with 4 stools, and an upright piano for the musician in your group. You'll find a beginner's piano book and the whole Beatles song book in the piano bench if you've always wanted to learn! We stock our fridge with standard mixers for those of you who enjoy a cocktail or two.

The downstairs bedroom features a memory-foam queen bed. An armoire and luggage racks provide plenty of storage space for your clothes, and a TV in the corner is available for any binging you'd like to do. :) We do not currently supply streaming services, but feel free to log in to any service on Roku.

The master bedroom upstairs a memory-foam king bed and a plush couch to enjoy a night in watching movies or reading your favorite book. Two skylights provide plenty of natural light, while an armoire, small dresser and luggage racks give plenty of space to store clothes.

The kitchen is stocked with all of the cooking essentials you could need to prepare meals in during your stay (spices, salt and pepper, oil). Our coffee bar features a Keurig cup/drip combination coffee maker, supplies for pour-overs or French press, and we'll supply Dunkin ground coffee. We provide cereals, oatmeal, and other options for our breakfast eaters, and a selection of green and black tea to enjoy at your leisure. The kitchen dining table seats 8 and has plenty of room for serving meals you prepare or noshing on takeout from local restaurants.

Outside, a large picnic table sits right out front with an umbrella shade to enjoy meals, drinks or just hanging out in your own little oasis. You can enjoy our large, gated front yard complete with patio seating, a BBQ grill (propane included), a horseshoe pit, and small marshmallow roasting pit. Our hot tub is great for relaxing after a long day and is available 24/7.

We have two onsite parking spots in the lot of La Casa De Manuel adjoining our property to the north. You'll find parking passes in the welcome book on the roll-top desk for two vehicles. Any additional vehicles may park along Larimer for free.

The house can sleep 8 if you use the couch upstairs and the provided air mattress. If you would like the air mattress prepared in advance, just let me know!
