-0.9 Miles to the Convention Center
-0.6 miles to Curtis Park
-5 Min drive to Downtown. -1.5 miles to Union Station/Ball Arena and Broncos Stadium (Empower Field at Mile High).
-Next to major highways for easy access to the ski resorts, Red Rocks Amphitheater, and Boulder
LAYOUT:
- 3 story, 4 level townhouse
- 2 bedrooms (2 king beds, 1 sofa bed)
- 2.5 bathrooms.
- No access to the lower level.
- 2 bedrooms have a dedicated workplace (desk and chair) and there is a 3rd workspace in the hallway with a desk and chair.
All bedrooms are separate from living spaces and equipped with:

There are many art galleries, restaurants, bars and music venues. We love the murals and street art that make this neighborhood one of the most vibrant in Denver.
