First time in Savannah

This was an amazing trip! It had the extra room for our growing teen that needs separate space and so close to downtown. It worked perfectly and the views and comfort were spectacular. We loved the pool and amenities.Would love to visit again!!Thank you so much,The Cott Family

Comfortable stay with some limitations

Very nice stay. This is a third floor unit within a large upscale apartment complex, so it has more of that feel than say a condo or vacation home. Views over the pond are nice, and the primary reason we chose to stay here. The property is new, clean, modern and quiet. Closets and bathrooms are roomy. Everything worked well. The internet was fast (250mb/s) and reliable. Access to the unit is easy and parking was plentiful. We did not use the pool or gym but they looked nice. The location is a bit far away from a major supermarket (5 miles), or anything except chain restaurants, but relatively easy to get in and out of with good access to I-16. This is a good location for visiting sites outside the city, as we mostly did, and avoiding most rush hour traffic. The furnishings are sparse, and it would have been more comfortable with a chair or two in the living room (there is only a couch), and dressers in the bedrooms (there is only a bed and nightstand). It feels a little sterile rather than homey. Don't expect to do a lot of cooking here: the kitchen is furnished with only the basics and could use more utensils and dishes. Matthew checked in with us regularly via the app and would typically respond within 10-15 minutes.Other than not having some kitchen items on hand, we did not encounter any problems during our stay.

This Vrbo unit in Savannah was incredible! The location was perfect for exploring the historic district, with easy walks to all the main attractions. The unit itself was charming and well-maintained, with a lovely blend of historic character and modern amenities. The host was super helpful, providing great recommendations for restaurants and activities. We especially loved the cozy courtyard and the comfortable beds. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Savannah.

Lovely lake view

We only stayed one night but this unit provided everything we needed. Nicely decorated and had all the amenities! Loved the view of the lake with a fountain in the middle.

Great 2 bed 2ba in quiet, convenient location with a pool

Rented for a long weekend trip with my boyfriend and 2 teen kids. The location was awesome for getting to and from quickly to downtown and to all the courses we came to play. Nice beds, clean bathrooms, lovely patio and close to the pool area ( with the best cabana. style loungers)!!! Only upgrade recommendations would be the dryer unit in condo, it took a few cycles to fully dry the loss! Thanks Matthew for letting us enjoy your space! We will be back!

Cute apartment in a great location

Overall we had a short but great stay. If you are a tv person there's only one in the living room. The unit has a screened in balcony which was really nice. We had a few hiccups but I'm hopeful that management has addressed them for any future guests. Nice place with great potential.

Short Vacation/w downtown conference

The space was perfect for me and my husband.Pros: very clean and comfortable. Not far from downtown Savannah or Pooler. Communication with owner A1, Con’s: Not many restaurants, the apartment is on the 3rd floor. If you have physical issues think twice . Overall I would book again!

Beautiful and Amazing Property

It was amazing, everything was nice and neat, the owner had everything laid out that we possibly needed,giving us details about traffic when and when not to travel because of heavy traffic, details of restaurants that was near us. Whenever we travel to Savannah again we will definitely be contacting Matthew..

Very nice 2 bedroom apartment on 3rd floor with a view

Very clean and cozy. There’s a nice Bluetooth sound bar and fancy bathrooms. Beds are all comfortable with lots of floor space. They had an air mattress that doesn’t hold air and they could use another cooking pan in the kitchen.

Great location. Very clean. Would not recommend for more than 2 people as the only seating in the entire unit other than kitchen chairs is a 3 person couch in the living room which was ok for my husband and I but would not work for more.

Everything is excellent about this property except that it's on 3rd floor with no lift. It's hard to carry all the luggage up and down the stairs. Other than that all good.

We loved staying at this property. Matthew the owner has been great and has made sure our stay was fantastic. We loved the apartment. It was spacious and clean with all the amenities. I would have no problem recommending this apartment to anyone and we would stay here again when we are in Savannah.

Nice, quiet stay 10 min from downtown Savannah.

We had a great stay at this luxury apartment overlooking a pond with a fountain. We have three little ones, and wanted to have easy access to downtown without having to deal with the late night noise. We had a busy days and quiet evenings with this booking. The property manager was very helpful and responsive!

First time to the south

Very nice. We liked that it was out of the downtown touristy area. Very quiet and well maintained. Could have used more seating in the living room. Extra bath towels and hand towels would have been nice. The outlet in the master bath did not work. Matthew did put in a a maintenance request the day we got there but it was never fixed so that was a bit inconvenient. However we would stay here again. Communication from Matthew was great!

So relaxing, so peaceful

The complex is beautiful, the condo, beautiful as well! So peaceful and quiet. Although it was to cool to swim, the pool area was very nice and the rec center was a nice addition to the stay. I highly recommend this condo and the owner was very nice and easy to work with.
