Great condo in perfect location. Easy to walk to all that Savannah offers. Braxton was easy to reach and very responsive to any question. We would definitely look to stay here again when in Savannah.

Wonderful condo

This condo was wonderful. Very clean, beds were very comfortable and it was in a great location right by Forsyth Park. We walked to almost everything we wanted to see and visit. The host was very quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again.

Check in smooth, parking was great. Location to park was perfect although the day we arrive the fountain was being removed which was a bummer seeing how that was partly why we chose to stay nearby. Condo plenty big enough for four but lacked an outdoor seating presence, toiletries cleaning supplies. Bathroom were extremely tight and no mirrors past your shoulders.

My family had a wonderful time in Savannah! The beautiful accommodations were awesome! We loved the location, which was walkable to different restaurants, shops, and the park for the kids. Convenient parking space, big and comfortable beds, and luxury AC!

Beautiful stay in Savannah

This property is in a beautiful area right beside Forsyth Park. It is about a 20 min walk down to the river, so the location is great if you’re up for walking! The streets are beautiful, and the neighbors were friendly! The house was very clean and the host was very responsive! It was great to have off street parking also. I’d definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this property. The location cannot be beat! If you like to hang out in the downtown area of Savannah, this is an amazing location! It is right next to Forsyth Park and easy walking distance to everything downtown. One of the best features of this Vrbo is that you have one free parking space on the property - you don't have to worry about parking meters, parking garages, etc. We didn't spend much time in the Vrbo itself, other than sleeping and getting ready. However, if you got stuck inside due to rain or just wanted to relax, you have everything you need - TV, Wi-Fi, a well equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The beds are very comfy. It is really quiet - no downtown noise, sirens, etc., that we have experienced at some of the area hotels. We slept well. We didn't hear any of the neighbors. The unit is upstairs, but that didn't pose any issues for us. There is both a front and a back entrance, so you can park in the back and bring your things up the back stairs (after you unlock the door from the inside - meaning you have to initially enter the unit from the front door). The host, Braxton, was very responsive to any message that I sent. We visit Savannah often and we will definitely stay here again if it's available!

This property is even better than advertised! The location is great with access to all of downtown Savannah. It is a super clean and well maintained unit right next to Forsyth Park. The unit is very modern inside with a historic feel outside. . The street view is beautiful. There is great parking directly behind the unit. If you’re going to Savannah, I highly recommend staying here.

SCAD Graduation Weekend

This place was an absolute wonderful find!Booked for our SCAD Bee’s graduation and it was perfect. It was literally beside our kid’s dorm building.Location was perfect (across from Forsyth Park & walkable to everything); great communication with owners; the unit matched the description perfectly; super clean; beds were very comfortable; and very spacious for 4 adults. Much more comfortable than a hotel.We will definitely book this unit again!

Fantastic host

This property is great and in a great location - 1 block from Forsyth Park. The host could not have been more accommodating. Unfortunately the weather in Savannah during our stay was torrential rain for days. The VRBO had a ceiling leak but the host was responsive and accommodated our needs at a different property. All in all would book properties through this host again.

Amazing Location

We stayed for a long weekend. We could walk just about everywhere we needed to go, Forsyth Park is across the street and we got to enjoy a Farmer's Market on Saturday. We were amazed at how quiet it was for being on a busier street. Highly recommend and definitely will consider staying here again in the future.

Beautiful and clean!

Wonderful experience! The space was clean and beautiful. The most gorgeous street, right next to a bus stop, and right next to the park. Would recommend to anyone. The host was AMAZING and helped us with anything we needed.

Wonderful Apartment

Very clean, well kept, updated and quiet. Plenty of utensils and dishes. We are a couple of senior citizens who should have had a ground floor but we managed the outside stairs which are sturdy with handrails. The inside ones to the bedrooms are easy. I recommend the owners might put a grab bar in the shower and tub and maybe a couple of robe hooks on the back of the bathroom doors. It is very close to the free bus (dot) to downtown and right across from Forsyth Park. Several restaurants within walking distance and also near squares. A deck of cards and a jigsaw puzzle or a board game for down time would be nice. All in all our experience for first time visitors to Savannah was excellent.

Best sleep ever

This charming condo suited our needs perfectly. The host was so friendly and answered ALL of my questions. The beds are so comfortable which was the perfect way to end my long day of walking and shopping. The location was perfect. A few opportunities would be adding a full-length mirror, hangers for the closets and a chair with a possible desk/vanity in the master bedroom. The bathrooms are a little small but we made it work. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others. THANK YOU

Great location

This property is in a perfect location. We were there for St Paddy’s day and could not have been in a better location. Walking distance to everything. Unit is perfect of family or two couples.
