Beacon's Beach Retreat - Maison familiale

Calendrier ouvert pendant une semaine en juillet et tout août 2020! Réservez dès aujourd'hui car cela ira vite!

Notre belle maison de plage (1950 pieds carrés à l'intérieur) a beaucoup d'espace pour vous détendre et vous étirer avec votre famille et vos amis. Nous sommes à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons de Stonesteps Beach ou de Beacons Beach dans une impasse relaxante et à un pâté de maisons à l'ouest de la 101 (beaucoup de bons restaurants et de boutiques). Nous avons également la climatisation centrale et la chaleur pendant ces quelques semaines où la côte de San Diego devient trop chaude ou trop froide - une bonne nuit de sommeil est importante!

La maison dispose de 3 chambres (King en maître et 2 lits jumeaux chacune dans les autres pièces), une immense salle familiale avec des plafonds voûtés en poutres en bois et une grande cour avec une terrasse enveloppante en séquoia.

La maison est décorée avec goût avec des draps et un décor blanc / sauge / bleu clair partout. Nous avons également un lit d'enfant, une chaise haute et de nombreux jouets / jouets de plage que nous gardons normalement à l'écart mais que nous pouvons vous offrir si vous voyagez avec des tout-petits.

Cette maison est d'une grande valeur globale et nous savons que vous voudrez revenir l'année prochaine!

Very Comfortable Beach House

Thank you for letting us use your beach house. The place was perfect for 2 families wanting to vacation together and be close to Legoland (3 exits away on freeway). The house was well-located near a lot of restaurants, stores, coffee shops, etc. but was tucked away on a side street so the street traffic was minimal. The photos accurately show the house and it was very accommodating for 4 adults and 3 kids. All of the appropriate amenities were there including linens, towels, cups, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, tupperware, coffeemaker, large TV, DVD player, plenty of DVD's, and washer/dryer. If I were to make a suggestion, it would be nice if there was a BBQ there. We would've put that new patio furniture to more use. Maybe for the next time and we will be coming back. Thanks again.

great idea, thank you for the suggestion! - we added a brand new BBQ in the yard. it is fed by natural gas so wil never run out of fuel.

Love the Leucadia location. Perfect mix of bedroom space and common areas. Backyard space is great for relaxing, too. Thank you for opening your home to us…we plan to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. As others mentioned, it is walking distance to cafes, coffee places and restaurants. It is a wonderful family home-very inviting and not sterile looking. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect place for any season.

Beautiful property, close to many amenities and a short walk to the beach for nightly sunsets ! The family and I enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Hosts were wonderful. Home is well stocked for cooking. Backyard great for reading , meditating or catching up on some rest and relaxation. Love the area !

Beacon's Beach Retreat

Great location near a few beach access points, restaurants, and shops. Walked every day to the beach and most evenings to delicious local dinner spots. Loved the outdoor spaces at the house for breakfasts, reading, and the hammock for afternoon naps. Kitchen was well-stocked and well-maintained. Great room and large TV made a great venue for watching the Olympics. Owners were very communicative and helpful when needed. Weather was San Diego perfect.

Lovely stay in Encinitas

We had a lovely stay in Encinitas and the Beacon's house was a great base camp for the area. We spent 5 days exploring the San Diego area, from Encinitas all the way down the coast. The house was perfect for our needs and had good access to local shops and restaurants. We spent plenty of time right on Beacon's beach with rented surfboards and the kids having a blast. Our local favorites included the Pannikin coffee shop in the morning, the surf boards from Progression Surf down the street, and Pandora Pizza.

This home is perfect for families with children!

This Encinitas property is close to beaches, restaurants and attractions. It's clean and well maintained. We loved the enclosed back yard to keep the little children safe. Between the two families we have a 4 yr. old, an almost 3 yr. old, an 18 mo. old and a 5 mo. old baby. The porta-cribs, high-chair and toys were life savers. All the appliances are new and worked great. We used the B-B-Q one evening and it was so nice to have the men cooking. The neighborhood is quiet and people are friendly. We couldn't have ordered better weather the week we were there. everything was perfect! Thanks, John, for answering all my questions. we hope to be back in a year or two.

This house is a dream come true.

This house was an absolute dream to stay at - so look no further if you are considering it - book it! The pictures, while completely accurate do not do justice to how beautiful this home is and the amazing energy of having trees peeking in from every window and sky light. We stayed here with our 20 month old twin daughters and babysitter for 5 weeks and loved every second. The house is clean, bright, very well maintained, spacious, very well laid out, fully equipped with everything you could want and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is awesome and the great room boasts soaring ceilings, a wood burning firelplace and a fantastic huge plasma tv. The backyard is spacious and private, and the side yards and front yards are laden with beautiful flower bushes amongst the trees and make you feel like you are in heaven. I have been visiting San Diego for 10 years, and you cannot beat this area (Encinitas) and the location of this house. You can walk to incredible restaurants, the most amazing coffee shop (Pannikin), the beach, farmers markets, playgrounds and more. Driving anywhere is a breeze as you can hop on the 101 or the 5 within 2 minutes and be at any San Diego site quickly and easily. Anything and everything you would need to buy is within 5-7 minutes of driving. John and Kelly the owners are incredible to deal with - very responsive and exceptionally nice and helpful. This was my first time travelling with my children and John went out of his way to help me with all of my questions and concerns. They are an added bonus to this wonderful property! I have already booked my stay again next year. I would recommend this property to anyone who is visiting San Diego and wants an amazing home, in an amazing area. All of my San Diego friends who came to visit wished they owned the house! I would especially recommend this home to anyone with small children - the one story is a dream, and the back, front and side yards are incredible play spaces. This house is a true gem.

Encinitas Excellence

We have been vacationing in Encinitas/DelMar area for over 25 years and have experienced several different properties. We loved this property. This is a great property for families. Our stay included our grown children and our 2 grandsons. The great room is open with big screen TV and lots of light with easy access to a fenced back yard and deck area. The back yard and deck was great for lingering with your morning coffee or relaxing for a barbeque in the evening. Great kitchen area. The parking is easy. Short drive to local beaches. The property is well maintained and feels like a family home. The owners are responsive and helpful. My grown children requested that we return to this property and they have been to many in the area. My husband and I totally agreed. We hope to return many times in the future.

leucadia rental house

We absolutely loved staying here. It is in the best location. We walked to the beach daily, farmers market on sundays and coffee shops every morning. It was super spacious for our family of 5. We loved it so much we decided to purchase a house... unfortunately we couldnt afford this prime location! I will recommend it to all my new out of town guests.

Great Family Vacation at the beach!

What a wonderfully peaceful vacation home. Our family of 5 plus 2 grandparents stayed in the early month of June. The weather was perfect for our Arizona family. We enjoyed the nice cool breeze inside the home provided by the large 4 sliding doors. But most of all sitting on the patio watching the kids running & playing in the backyard. The home is in such a quite neighborhood it made relaxing all that much easier. As the coastal clouds broke we headed to the beach daily. Though the beach is in walking distance it was much easier for our young family to hop in the car and head to moonlight beach (less than 5min drive). The home is also in walking distance to several restaurants and local shops. A bicycle can get you anywhere you want to go in this town. Legoland is a quick 10 minute drive as well as the delicious strawberry patch. We loved the neighborhood feel of the area as compared to more of the touristy places we have stayed in past years. We look forward to making this the spot we go to for a yearly family vacation.

First time renting a home

As this was my first experience with renting a home, I was pleasantly surprised. I had all the thoughts that one would expect going through my head....is this a legitimate house? are these the real owners? will we wind up eating our deposit? After speaking with both John and Kelly on the phone, I was much more comfortable with the transaction. They both seemed honest and forthright and I was not disappointed. The home was exactly as represented and was just as comfortable. I didn't expect cable or wireless internet service and was surprised that it was provided. The beds were also very comfortable. I slept on the roll out underneath the trundle bed, my 2 nephews slept in another room, and my brother and his wife slept in the master bedroom, which was huge. None of us had a problem sleeping at night. The kitchen and dining area were also large enough to accommodate all of us milling about, which was nice. We were visiting the area for speech therapy for the youngest child and would highly recommend the home to those with children. There is a nice fenced in yard to keep them 'safe' and the neighborhood seemed fairly quiet. If it's any endorsement, I would rent the home again.

Great Home...Great Location

We spent a week in this house and loved it. The size was ideal for our large family. The kitchen and family room are huge and great to gather in. The large back yard was enjoyed by both the kids and adults. There are great restaurants near by that we walked to daily. Oh yeah and it was a short walk to the beach! We will be returning and I highly recommend this house!

Perfect Getaway for Families!!

The owners were very accomodating and easy to work with. The house was located in a prime location- we never had to use our car during the stay. Shopping, a variety of restaurants and coffee houses, bars and of course the beach were all within walking distance. The house was right between two different beach accesses and a few blocks from Moonlight Beach (or we called it the kid's beach because there was a playground/jungle jim for the kids to play on). The house was immaculate and the pictures didn't do it justice- there was a huge grass yard that my kids had a great time playing in. We would definately rent this house again and recommend it to anyone. Thanks Again to John and Kelly for making the entire process so easy for us. Your house was beautiful!
