Beautiful, Bright, 1 bedroom 1 bath bungalow/apt Private outdoor sitting area. A quick 3 minute walk to beach, sunsets, restaurants, store and shops Explore Dipsea/Matt Davis trails! A unique property with 8 adorable cottages/bungalows perfectly located in the center of Stinson Beach village a quick walk to beach and town. Enjoy this lovely, Private Dnstrs Unit. We provide TV/internet. Your prkg spot at the #4 guest sign We look forward to Welcoming you to the beach!

The Space:
Each bungalow has its own private sitting outdoor patio area. Your place also includes a private little green house/meditating room and garden to enjoy while you relax after a beautiful day at the beach!

Guest Access:
Welcome to the beach! Your bungalow is down the brick path Past Cottage 5 at the blue glass door. To the right of the door you’ll see a #4. To the left of the door will be your key pad. Check in code will be available once reservation is confirmed. At check out Please turn all heaters stove and lights out. Make sure all utensils, plates, glassware etc. are complete. Please take out trash, Lock up and return key to key pad when you check out. Thank you for the opportunity to host your visit. Enjoy your time at the beach!

The Neighborhood:
A quick five minute walk to the beach downtown restaurants shops grocery store. Across the street from Matt Davis and Dipsea Trail heads. Stinson beach is a great friendly beach village with beautiful surroundings and fun day trip spots! Enjoy!

Getting Around:
If you’re hanging around town, beach and trails you will be walking to all. If you would like to venture out to Muir Woods the town of Mill Valley, Point Reyes Bolinas, Marshall etc. you’ll need your car to get around. Also at the bungalow you will find a guest sheet w more day trip suggestions. Have an awesome time at the beach!

Other Things to Note:
This is a beautiful private spot just a quick walk to the beach. Across from some of the best hiking trails in Northern California. Enjoy your outdoor garden sitting area after a fun day exploring the beautiful outdoors. There is a second upstairs unit both completely separate entrance and private outdoor garden Areas. Ideal location and walkability.

1 of 8 very special cottages in Stinson Beach. The property is unique in that it is located on a large parcel in the center of stinson beach village. Each shares its own private outdoor area and designated parking spot. Please be sure to park at your spot which reflects your cottage number #4. ALL other spots are reserved for the remaining guests. Any additional cars must park outside the property. Please remember the town of Stinson is on septic so PLEASE nothing but TP or for sure a backup. We are committed to following Vrbo’s strict cleaning protocol which was elevated during Covid after every single checkout. All windows and doors are opened during cleaning and every surfaces wiped down with disinfectant. We appreciate you helping us do our part with water conservation.
