Bienvenue dans notre "morceau de paradis!" Notre unité extrêmement confortable est située dans le bâtiment le plus calme de la station balnéaire de Kona Coast et donne sur le 16ème fairway du Kona Country Club. Notre condo mis à jour 1 chambre / 1 salle de bain est très spacieux avec 1453 pieds carrés et le seul condo de la station avec une véranda avec moustiquaire avec des chaises en osier très confortables et aussi une véranda ouverte avec table et chaises pour profiter de votre café du matin ou votre dîner.

WONDERFUL CONDO

Our stay was so wonderful that we extended our stay an extra night. Very roomy, peaceful, and well equipped for a relaxing vacation. The gift basket filled with lots of goodies was an awesome touch too. Would totally stay there again.

Very nice accommodations. Kitchen was well stocked. The only constructive feedback would be to get a new mattress for the bed. It sags in a big way. Everything else was perfect.

Nice place to stay

I spent 10 days here, and am very pleased to have found this place. It was fully stocked with things needed while in Kona. The condo was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The covered lanai was very enjoyable, and the screened room was a plus. I look forward to staying here again in the future, and highly this condo.

Everything was perfect. My only complaint is that you can hear the people in the upstairs condo walking back and forth day and night.

Great stay

This condo was very comfortable for my family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 child). The condo had all appliances and utensils needed. There's a washer and dryer in the condo. There's access to all things the resort has to offer. A shopping center is close by and beaches to choose.

We stayed for 4 days. The condo was a little hard to find at first but once we got our stuff up the stairs and inside it was very smooth sailing. Getting in the condo with keypad was very easy and checking out was easier. The condo had a lot more amenities than the description listed and it was very spacious. My son loved the pool and we used the grill outside twice. I would return to this unit!

Wonderful location and property. Misleading advertisement of sauna on site. Sauna was removed a year ago. Main reason i chose this property. Very disappointed.

Great condo

Condo 5-102 was perfect for our island getaway. The condo has everything you need and more to make your stay enjoyable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, spacious bathroom and kitchen. The grounds at Kona Coast Resort are unbeatable. Multiple swimming pools, tennis courts, grill areas and an onsite restaurant all made our stay even better! I loved that the complex was quiet yet close enough to town and other options for exploring offsite. I truly couldn’t have asked for more from our experience.

Excellent Stay!

My husband and I stayed in this condo in May and had an excellent experience. Communication with Rita, both in preparation and throughout our stay, was seamless and prompt. The condo is very well equipped - in fact, much more so than any other spot we have ever stayed. We enjoy cooking our own meals and this condo has absolutely everything that one would need to do so! In addition, it's comfortable and well maintained, while also being well situated for exploring the beauty that the Big Island has to offer. We would not hesitate to return in the future and hope to have the opportunity to do so with time. Mahalo Rita! Our stay in your home made our 25th wedding anniversary even more memorable!

We stayed in this condo during the Ironman World Championships. It is perfectly equiped and provides everything we needed during our stay. Whenever we had questions we got answers asap. Loved staying there and we absolutely recommend this lovely place!

Fabulous resort, fabulous condo

We love Kona Coast Resort - and particularly our favorite condo in it - because it isn’t ostentatious and overpriced. It is both vacation rentals AND homes, and it is quiet, friendly and very community-like. The management is veery efficient, proactive and helpful, the staff are friendly, and our particular condo owner is a lovely, helpful and friendly woman whose home we’ve stayed in for years. Kudos to KCR!

Comfortable property

All very comfortable and clean. Furnishings and sliding doors a bit dated. We enjoyed having laundry facilities and beach chairs and beach towels. Good location not too far from both pools.

PERFECT!

We absolutely love this location. The condo is very spacious and clean. We loved waking up and hearing all of the birds, geckos, and other critters serenading us. The grounds and facilities are very well cared for. Catching a sunset at the main pool/hot tub area was an added bonus for sure. We will certainly try to book this location again inthe future.

Just what we needed

This place has everything you need to enjoy yourself. The kitchen is completely stocked, there are beach coolers, chairs etc to take advantage of. The place itself was very clean...and having access to washer/dryer made it very easy to take care of our needs. The only thing I would suggest is another lamp in bedroom...perhaps on the dresser? It was just a bit dark in the room when you needed light.

Well stocked unit with all the little extras (ex Tupperware ) Nice comfortable furnishings Good location for exploring South Island and quick trips to town ( although mall close by has most everything you would need ). Gets morning sun on deck and is shaded the rest of the day. Sometimes felt dark especially during afternoon showers. Lots of extras like pool noodles , chairs, umbrellas, snorkel masks & coolers which we appreciated. We would stay here again.

Great bang for the buck

Over all we were happy to stay in this condo. The kitchen has everything you need. Only need replaced the old small pan. The bed is comfortable but pillows are thin. I like there are a lot of storage in the kitchen, has a cooler to take drinks to the beach. The condo has Netflix which was good for our son to watch some days. The A/C is working well only the bedroom A/C has smell after you turn on for a few minutes, but we don't really use it because we stay in December and it wasn't hot. The resort location is great - close to grocery stores (Costco, Walmart, Safeway etc.), restaurants, beaches, Kona airport. The condo location is great too-very quiet, far from pools 3 min, the lanai facing to the golf fields, so it was nice scene while we had breakfast outside. The bathroom is spacious and everything worked well, no smell, no problem with sinks or toilet, many towels. Thank you Rita to keep price affordable and we were happy to find this condo, we will definitely come back again.

Your place was clean with all necessary things needed in kitchen and bathroom I love how it was walking distance to keahou bay and supermarket perfect cute place with clean furniture and comfortable bed... thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven.

Wonderful Condo

I've stayed in many condos in this resort and this one was the best, beautifully furnished with everything you need, the A/C has dual controls for living room and bedroom and are whisper quiet, comfortable bed, well-stocked kitchen (even had pantry items, spices, etc.), Large smart TV, lots of books, games, and beach items too, and very quiet location. Will definitely stay here again.
