La piscine est aussi de l'eau salée!Cette grande maison est disponible dès maintenant pour vos vacances. Situé à moins de 1 à 3 miles de certaines plages célèbres, Magic Sands, Banyans et Downtown Kona. Quartier calme et sûr. Pendant le surf, écoutez le rugissement des vagues d'ici. Choisissez des noix de coco parmi 2 cocotiers samoans dans la cour avant. Besoin de recommandations, demandez-moi ... Je suis toujours heureux de partager toute information pour rendre vos vacances à Kona merveilleuses.

Our Hostess & on-site host were very kind & friendly. Nice people always make the experience great. The house was very comfortable with all you need to relax, cook, just live. The location was perfect: central location for Kailua-Kona coastline, as well as for going North & South for site seeing. Love love loved this place. If we’d never left the house, we were in paradise. Beds were comfortable & pool and deck were fabulous.

We absolutely loved our stay at Annie's Hale! The backyard and pool was a great way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring and hiking. We love to cook and this house has a lot of great cooking equipment and a wonderful grill. The beds were comfortable and the house provided such a relaxing environment for our trip. We will come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Annie's place! It was well equipped with everything we needed, including all cooking utensils needed for meal and a beautiful pool/outdoor area to hang out in! There were six of us in our group and there was plenty of space! Being Canadians it was quite hot with no AC, but there were plenty of fans to help keep the place cool! The location was great, close to the beach and must see sights. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Kona! Thank you Annie!

Beautiful Beach House

Girls trip!

As local Hawai’i residents we were stoked with Annie’s house in Kailua-Kona! It was close to stores and restaurants and the pool was a huge plus! We cannot wait to return for our next girls trip 😍

Perfect house

Perfect house for our family of 4. Kids loved the pool and we enjoyed proximity to the city, beaches, and restaurants. Host was super friendly and responsive. Would Book again if we find ourselves back on the island.

Wonderful stay

A lovely home in a lovely and convenient location. No AC was a little tricky but fans are well placed and very helpful. Easy stay to get around the BI and would highly recommend. Home is well stocked for outings and the pool was such a treat!

I was out of town and missed out meeting this Ohana. Our conversations told me that they were my kind of people. Home was left in great shape! This summer has been very warm, unfortunately. I highly recommend this family!!!!

much needed rest

comfortable house. very few windows that close, so it is open to the neighborhood. The neighbors were nice although there was construction for the first few days next door so it was very loud. thanks for the use of your lovely hale.

Aloha Laurie So sorry about the construction. Since1990 this home has raised my family, and we never even had a key! Times have changed a little, but neighborhood looking out for each other hasen't. I am waiting for new windows and louvers to be shipped, it is time. Unfortunately Hawaiian Time! I can't wait to be back on Island full time. I hear I really missed out on meeting you two. Everything was perfect!

We are a group of 3 couples that came for a beach elopement and 3 of us had 50th birthdays to celebrate!The house and property are gorgeous! The house has absolutely everything we needed, and it is in a perfect location (we had a rental car)There is snorkeling, shopping and activities all within a 10 minute drive.The pool area was our favorite place to be every day and the beds are super comfy too! Annie, the host, was very responsive, helpful and went above and beyond. We truly enjoyed our stay and feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay at this property and would 100% recommend it to everyone.

Comfortable and Spacious

This house has a beautiful outdoor area with pool, eating and sitting areas, and Weber grill, surrounded by lush tropical plants and trees. The house is roomy with comfy beds, however it could use a bit of updating and maintenance.

Good location and Annie is amazing

We enjoyed our rental here. The pool was very enjoyable and the house is in an ideal location for all the attractions. Annie is 5 star. She was helpful in every way with and questions or concerns.

A Holiday Haven

We arrived to this haven after 24hrs of travel. Annie and Toby the dog gave us a wonderful welcome. The house was ready for us in everyway. The pool was wonderful. Mahalo.

What a joy these 3 Australian ladies were, each in their own way. Chris managed to teach me and Toby a few training tricks. Really appreciated! Jenny the true environmentalist. Our parents, Mick and Annie, bought this house in 1991. My sister and I grew up in this home and we are incredibly grateful to be able to maintain it as a place that our family can always return to and a place that visitors can enjoy as well. Our mom, Annie, always said that if we weren’t able to be there enjoying the house, she liked to know that other families could be. She loved to hear the sound of people laughing, BBQing in the backyard and splashing in the pool. It has always been more than a house. We’ve called it home for 35 years.

Mom (Annie) kept the home as a primary residence for many years after my sister and I moved away and our dad passed. Years ago, she converted the garage into a downstairs apartment where she lived happily with her dog, Georgie, and her cat, Blanche. She rented the upstairs as a VRBO for many years, until her recent passing.

Our mom took great joy in being a part of the Kona experience for her guests. She enjoyed sharing her love for Kona and her aloha spirit, whether you were first time guests or lifelong friends, she treated you the same. Me and my sister, Aimee, hope to fill her shoes the best we can. We hope to make everyone feel like a welcomed guest in our beloved home and cultivate the love of Kona that our mom did for all those years. That is our mom’s legacy. We hope you love Annie’s Hale as much as we do ❤️
