We loved our stay at the Greenhouse! The host was very communicative with clear directions prior to our stay and upon arrival. It was clean and well appointed with a funky vibe, open and airy with a wonderful deck to soak up the sun. We walked to the beach for a bonfire dinner, back in the morning to walk the dog, back in the afternoon for a little boogie boarding and body surfing. The house easily fit six of us with room to spare. Lovely,

This is a wonderfully unique house with lots of nooks and crannies, we enjoyed exploring them all! The host was welcoming and left the light on for us as we were arriving after dark! It’s a short walk down to the beach and food options pretty much right across the street! Our dog was welcomed with treats and a pet bed! We enjoyed our stay tremendously!!

Magical cottage near beach

We loved our stay here! We will definitely be back as a family! The space, large outdoor patio entertaining area, great kitchen and the giant jacuzzi tub were all highlights.

Well equipped house in a great location. Perfect for two families and even had a separate dog area. The property managers were prompt and gave us a late checkout without asking. Great place.

Great weekend for daughters sweet sixteen

We stayed here with our two teens and a few of their friends and our dogs. Such a great place for us to hang in between fancy family lunch at the Crows nest and casual teen beach hang/ bonfire. Prefect location and great property. The hosts were very friendly and supportive. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again

Great house, in a great area!

We had a great stay at the Green House. It has a nice large deck that we enjoyed spending time relaxing and barbequing on. I was out boarding just down the street, and an otter was just hanging out in the water with me, after he left 2 dolphins swam by, great beach. I recommend this house to any family looking for a fun relaxing vacation. Can't wait to go back!

Always wonderful

We keep coming back! Great location within walking distance to Twin Lakes Beach. Well-lit, fully stocked home with beach towels, boogie boards, plenty of cooking supplies, games and BBQ. Owner is the best!

Wonderful stay

Dear Kim - Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Green house! The property is very interesting and my daughter loved all of the nooks and crannies. The deck was lovely and the house was very well supplied. We really appreciated that you even had beach chairs and boogie boards for us to borrow. It was a very comfortable stay and we look forward to visiting again.

Everything at the Green house was MAGICAL!!! From the booking, the location, the house itself, the staff.... absolutely perfect in every way. We felt so welcomed from the very beginning with fresh flowers on the table, some Santa Cruz coffee, (which was delicious!), treats for our fur babies and our welcome note. The house had boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels for our use, and the house itself is one of the most amazing homes I've been in! Such an architectural beauty! Nancy gave us a call shortly before our check in to let us know the house was ready, which was so appreciated as we got there ten minutes early after a day of driving and were so grateful to be able to get unpacked and start our stay. The beach is just down the street, and there is a bike shop around the corner. We had brought the girls bikes but the tires were flat, so they were very accommodating and let us use a pump to fill their tires. I can't say enough great things about our stay here. Everyone was so nice and helpful, the house is absolutely amazing, and we had a great time. The only negative was having to leave this truly magical, amazing, beautiful place. Thank you so much to all of you who made our stay wonderful. We will always book with you for our future trips to Santa Cruz. Can't thank you enough!!

Great Santa Cruz stay

Probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed. The house was very fun and unique. We enjoyed being close to the beach. The house had pretty much everything we would need. I have stayed in many places that do not have simple items such as glasses to drink from. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked most days we stayed. The deck was a really nice space to hang out. We loved that there was off street parking and a place to keep our mountain bikes secure. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home.

Family vacation

The green house was a perfect house for my family! It was walking distance to two of our favourite beaches. Beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and even a wagon to tote all of it to the beach were provided. There is a place to store your bikes and your own beach things behind a locked gate. There is a beautiful deck that is wonderful to have coffee on or an evening drink. The inside has great space if it’s too chilly outside. We love this house!

Amazing Get Away House

This is a wonderful, large, comfortable house…the photos do not show how big the rooms are…it is so amazing with the location, easy access, more than ample parking, huge kitchen, appliances that are great, stocked with all your cooking needs..colorful camellias surrounding the kitchen. The frontroom is huge, cozy seating, bathroom with washer&dryer, bedrooms with closets a movie star would love, the main bathroom is large, fabulous shower, spa tub, small sauna. The bedrooms have comfortable beds with nice bedding and extra comforters. The deck is beautiful and surrounds the front, wraps down to stairs that lead to high fenced dog yard. We walked to the beach everyday, found wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The Owner Kim is the nicest person, accommodating and her property reflects it. The Property Manager Nancy is such amazing with her Customer Service and warmth as well.. My whole family raved about The Green House and want to go back again. It’s the only place that has All Family Members with a Thumbs Up. There were 4 of us who stayed, but we had 8 for dinner and played board games…Barbeque is easy, professional size.. Loved, loved The Green House.

This house was a wonderful home for a large family. It had rooms and privacy for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked well. Walkable to the beach and in a lovely neighborhood. We had a few generations of our family visiting and while the entrance stairs were great for everyone, they were a bit difficult for the older generation ( age 77).Thanks to all.

Great spot

We had a great stay at the Green House. Great location. Easy access to both sides of town and also close to lots of stuff right there, including breaches and restaurants. Great big deck to soak up the sun on. Look forward to another stay sometime soon.
