Classic Santa Cruz Getaway!

This immaculate home is a perfect location for the classic Santa Cruz getaway!
It is located a half block off West Cliff Drive and just a block from the wharf and beach. It is a short walk to the boardwalk, Lighthouse Surf Museum and downtown Santa Cruz. The wharf is known for dining, night life, viewing sea lions, fishing and boat tours. This Townhome is within a well-maintained gated complex and includes access to the communal swimming pool and hot tub. The Condo is situated on three levels. The main living area features a comfortable seating area across from gas fireplace and 50” Ultra HDTV. There is also a half bath on this floor. The numerous windows allow for plenty of natural sunlight. The galley style kitchen is well equipped. A small covered balcony extends from the kitchen and includes a propane BBQ. The second level features a master bedroom suite, a second bedroom with small covered deck and a shared full bathroom. The balconies are south facing so get the sun most of the day. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with beach theme dĂ©cor. The third level is a large game room / sleeping area. There is a 55” Ultra HDTV, game table and 6 chairs, a sleeper sofa (full size), and 2 twin beds. Laundry facilities and a one car garage are located on the ground level for parking or storing your bicycles, boogie & surf boards, kayaks, and beach gear.
Nearby Cowell Beach and Steamers Lane offer world class surfing. Downtown Santa Cruz is known for its tree lined streets, filled with vibrant shops and galleries, outdoor bistros and sidewalk musicians.
Enjoy a jog, bike or stroll down the waterfront 2 mile path on West Cliff Drive that stretches from the wharf to Natural Bridges State Park. Natural Bridges is known for its Monarch butterflies and tide pools. Golfers can enjoy nearby Delaveaga or Pasatiempo Golf Course.

Note:
Cable is available in loft/top level. Streaming available in the family room.
Parking is limited to the garage for an average sized car. Also have street parking nearby. No parking within complex as they are permitted spots only.
Pool is managed by the association. We are unable to guarantee that the pool will be open and available during your stay.

The place was nice, clean and in a great location walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. We were unable to get in the gate to park using the code the whole stay. There was a lot of what not to do about parking ,but how to park using the passes could have used more clarification. I didn’t appreciate having to wash and put away dishes. It made it so we couldn’t really eat there before a 10 am checkout. I feel like running the dishwasher in advance of the cleaning crew is more reasonable.

Location was important for us. We stayed in town for the Santa Cruz Triathlon weekend, and this was near the race course start and end. Condo was clean, photos were accurate and management company was responsive to communications.

Great for Teens

We brought a group of teenagers for the weekend and this house was perfect for that! The top floor allowed for them to giggle and stay up late, while letting us parents sleep. The condo is great proximity to the beach and boardwalk alike, and the garage was nice to not have to deal with street parking. The fees are more than the nightly rate, and the requirements of stripping the beds and emptying the trash made it feel like work vs vacation, also, the check out is pretty early compared to other properties we’ve stayed.

This was a perfect place for our granddaughter to spend the last part of summer vacation before school stars next week. The condo is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. There are three floors and 2.5 bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this place and am going to book it again for next year.

Santa Cruz winter week

Location is excellent for going on walks along West Cliff Drive or down to the wharf. Spacious garage for 2 cars, very versatile top floor rumpus room. Comfortable and clean, traffic noise is noticeable but it dies down during sleeping hours.

perfect location to enjoy Santa Cruz

spacious, warm, easy to find, and located near downtown, the ocean, and the Boardwalk. you could literally just walk everywhere if you plan on spending most of your time in those areas. will definitely keep this place as a go to when suggesting people on places to stay in town.

Beautiful, spacious, great location!

The property and management staff were awesome! They were quick to respond to my questions and easy to get ahold of. The property was very spacious with a large loft on the 4th floor that allowed for some great game playing! The location is epic - close to the Boardwalk, Warf, and even Downtown. Everywhere we wanted to go was in walking distance.
