We enjoyed our stay... there wasn't any place better to watch a Noreaster roll in. Well stocked and comfortable. The only negative would be new dryer needed, broken bar stool and air conditioner vent wasn't efficient in cooling primary bedroom. We would definitely revisit.

This unit is great - everything is just as it shows in the pictures. The location can’t be beat with the beach just steps away. We had a great time. Our only tiny complaint is that the beds were really hard. If you have room to bring a mattress topper - I would recommend. Everything else was great though!

The unit was great for our time spent at the beach. It’s a perfect location and floor for enjoying oceanfront views and sunrises. Above all else, the property management communication was excellent. A small housekeeping mishap was immediately addressed, allowing us to enjoy our entire stay.

Love this condo!!!

Awesome beachfront condo! Comfortable,clean and equipped with everything we needed. Loved the beachy decorations and luxurious towels. Amazing sunrise and sunset views. We will definitely stay her again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice. The only thing that was of concern was the guest bathroom sink had poor drainage. Other than that we would come back again.

Wonderful condo right on the beach with fantastic views

Wonderful condo with everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable. Condo was very clean and updated, beds were very comfortable and it was an extra treat to wake up to a view of the ocean every morning! Kitchen has everything you need with updated appliances but if you don't want to cook, its walking distance to several nice restaurants, Bull on the Beach and Liquid Assets were our favorites.

Great view from the balcony, close to lots of activities and restaurants. Beach did get VERY busy during the better weather days.

We have stayed at Marigot going on 5 years now in different condos. This one was a lovely little condo but I will say, the worst part was the rock hard beds. If you want to have sleepless nights and wake up with back and shoulder pain, this is it. Even our kids, who slept on the queen beds, complained. The king mattress even had a huge dip on one side. If you are spending this kind of money, you at least want a comfortable and restful sleep. Also the host, Coastal Life Vacations, was the most unaccommodating company I have ever used which is really unfortunate for the owner of this condo. They should be made aware. We will never rent another unit anywhere if Coastal Life Vacations is the host.

Please note, this condo has an almost perfect review rating from past guests. Even with this guest's review, they still sit at a 9.6 out of 10. Some guests don't get what they want and decide to "get back" by leaving a poor review. As you can see from others, this is an awesome condo and one the owner takes great pride in. So now to the guest review and the possible reasoning behind it.... a week before the guest was due to arrive, they messaged Coastal Life and stated that a party member was ill and that they wanted to move it back a few weeks. We were able to assist as best we could by moving their trip back three days...this is best we could do because this condo is one of our top rated, all other future dates were booked up. We suggested to the guest that if they truly could not make their stay due to sickness, perhaps their travel insurance would cover them. The guest declined and came as planned. Funny thing happened if the guest didn't love the condo..... they asked to extend their stay!!! Odd how that would happen if the beds were hard to sleep on. Anyway, two days before check out, the guest asked to extend and what the cost would be. When notified of the cost, they stated it was too much and asked for a lower rate. As we were marketing the open date to the guest coming in, we explained we could not discount at this time. The guest then got a little snippy in her response which we believe lead to this bogus review. Please consider all other past reviews.

Comfortable, easy vacation

Comfortable modern interior at well-maintained and staffed condo building. Great ocean views. Very comfortable stay-beds, pillows & furniture in very good condition and the thermostat could be adjusted as desired. The checkout list was short and simple.

Great place to stay

Description is accurate. Very clean place and all updated inside the condo. Great views. Easy process of checking in and out- just door codes. Could use an update on the hot tub and warmer temperature on the pool, but that’s it.

Amazing

Booking with Coastal Life Vacations was an amazing experience. The condo is perfect! It was so clean upon arrival, spotless! The furniture is so tasteful and so comfy. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could ever need! The floor it is located on provided the best ocean views! Prime! The location of the condo is almost directly off of the elevator, which is easily accessed from the parking lot. There are two parking spaces that are so convenient! Both spaces are on the side that you enter the building parking lot. One space gets shade throughout the day, the other, pull right in, it’s the first space in the row! Coastal Life was so kind throughout our stay, extremely responsive, and they even text the day prior to our stay for quick communication. They answered every silly question I had, and in a very timely manner. The condo is located nearby to some of the best restaurants, shops, mini golf, and more! This place felt like home to my family and I. I hated to go, but can’t wait to go back! Also, the price is spot on for the location and the views. They’re unbeatable! And, you can even book direct and save! Sadly, I didn’t take a picture of the inside (although it looks exactly the listing). My husband managed to take just one. But, what a beautiful view!
