Magnifique condo d'une chambre sur la plage. Profitez des délicieuses brises de l'océan et des vues panoramiques depuis votre balcon privé au 5ème étage (dernier étage). Deux lits doubles dans la chambre et un canapé-lit se combinent pour accueillir 4 personnes. Un bain et demi, une cuisine complète avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, laveuse et sécheuse, et une place de parking réservée. Unité jamais louée auparavant, vient d'arriver sur le marché. Excellent état, excellent emplacement à l'extrémité nord de la plage, profitez d'une solitude tranquille tout en étant à distance de marche de bons restaurants, bars et attractions. Le refuge parfait d'Ocean City!

My husband and I enjoyed the condo very much! It was perfect for our needs. The oceanfront view from the balcony was spectacular!! The unit was very clean, and the instructions in the guidebook from the owners were detailed and complete. If I messaged the hosts with any questions, I received a reply immediately. I HIGHLY recommend this charming beach cottage for 1 or 2 travelers. It was perfect!

Perfect place to recharge!

Clean, comfortable and quiet! The kitchen had everything I needed and the location was great. The ocean front balcony was perfect. It was just what I was hoping for and more! Will definitely be back in the future!

Amazing!!

The condo was well-kept. The view was amazing. I loved being in North Ocean City. It was very quiet. The beach was not crowded. Lots of restaurants in the area. Always felt safe. It was just an amazing three days and the condo was perfect! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful view! Great location, neat and cozy.

Perfect oceanfront view in this cozy and clean condo. We enjoyed our stay very much. The parking is convenient and just steps away from the elevator. We walked over to the Crabcake Factory for dinner 2 nights in a row, they have amazing crab cakes! The grocery store across the streets is also an easy walk for a few items. This place is a good value. Thanks for the nice stay! Thumbs up!

Magical Beach Escape

The description and pictures were accurate of the property, The owners were very responsive to my questions during our stay. My only suggestion would be better mattress. I had to go and buy a foam topper the 2nd day because my back was kicking me. Overall awesome stay and outstanding ocean front view.

Perfect for a small family

Visited Bub’s Bungalow with my husband and 8 month old. Could not have been a smoother experience. I Appreciate the thoughtful touches Bub and Diana have throughout their home. It is helpful during this time of COVID that there is not wall-to-wall carpeting — easy to clean and give extra confidence in cleanliness. The building has hotel carts that helped immensely with checking in and out. The view can not be beat. Thanks again Bub and Diane!

Beautiful Sunrises on the Atlantic

The description of the property provided is accurate and it is a very nice place to relax on the beach (the low chairs pictured have been replaced by better, higher ones.)The condominium is not as large as some close by, which is a good thing since access and parking are easy. All the stores and restaurants one needs are close by. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with everything you need for in-house meal preparations. We are reluctant to rave too much, such that it's booked the next time we want to go. I will add that all of the remarks left in the condo message book were positive as well. We had a fine time and enjoyed the property.

Couldn't Be Happier with Stay!!

Thank you, Kevin and Diana for sharing your beautiful home! Kevin was very quick to respond to any questions I had leading up (and during our stay). So pleasant to deal with. All instructions to check in were so clear and precise and when you arrive you will be greeted with a very well organized book with any information you may need regarding the condo and "things to do". The location of the condo is outstanding - the view is breathtaking and so easy to walk to the beach. And the condo was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. You do need to bring your own sheets and towels - which I think made us all even more comfortable. My children had the best time ever. We never spend so much time in the ocean before (and we are beach people!) We made memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you!!!!

We had a wonderful vacation at this property! It is beautifully decorated and has comfortable beds and furniture. It is stocked with everything we needed, plus more. The location is superb and the views are amazing. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. This was not our first time staying here, and it certainly won't be our last!

We just purchased our dream place on the beach. We've stayed in this building for years and have loved the location. We had been planning on buying a unit in this building when one opened up and we could afford it. When my father passed, we decided to invest our inheritance into something that we could enjoy, and would give joy to others. When we found out a 5th floor unit had just come on the market, we decided it was meant to be ours.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We like the north end of the beach. When we want the boardwalk, it's a short drive away. And there are plenty of great restaurants in walking distance. But it gets quiet at night - when all we want to hear as we doze off is the gentle sound of breaking waves...
After each stay, your home away from home is professionally cleaned according to CDC guidelines. No lobby, direct access from your own parking spot to the elevator to the 5th floor unit.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Nothing like a private balcony on the beach. And the 5th floor of a low rise building is perfect - high enough to have an unobstructed view - top floor so no one is stomping around over your head, but not such a high rise that you feel unsafe. It's just ideal. We ask everyone to bring their own. OC Solutions can provide towels and sheets - https://ocsolutions.org - book directly with them. We also recommend Roses for inexpensive purchases of towels, linens, toiletry items, sunscreen, etc. In the unit, we have a personal - Bub's Beach Bungalow Book that is full of recommendations for great places to eat, shop, and fun tips to make your stay a beautiful experience. You have your own parking spot, in a safe gated parking lot.
