Welcome to Marigot Beach Unit #1003
Note: We own both 1002 and 1003 so if you have larger parties and need 4 bedroom/4 bathrooms, we can accommodate larger parties.
100% NONSMOKING UNIT - We do not rent to smokers, this includes marijuana. Do not rent our units if you plan on smoking, you will be evicted.
The Space:
Beautifully renovated in 2024!
With unobstructed beach and ocean views, this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom oceanfront condo was decorated and upgraded with all the quality finishes you'd want while relaxing on vacation. Spa like baths, luxury kitchen, plush beds and sofa, you'll feel right at home enjoying quality time with friends and family.
Owners put cleanliness and communication as top priorities. We've installed air purification systems using owner's direct experience working at a major health system (Johns Hopkins). Our condos are equipped with Halo Whole Home Air Sanitation UVC LED systems installed in the HVAC as well as Ecoquest Breeze 2 commercial grade 6 stage UVC air purifiers. We want the condo and it's air to be clean and fresh giving guests confidence in our units. Folks with severe allergies, recovering from surgery, or are clean freaks like me appreciate the lengths we go to keep our places looking and smelling fresh.

âą Enjoy family meals around the large dining room table that seats up to 6 as well as bar height counter for additional seating.

âą Ashore Beachfront hotel is next door including a oceanfront beach bar with live entertainment and elegant restaurant for sit in dining or enjoy a drink at the bar.
âą Indoors features heated pool, large jetted hot tub
âą High speed secured WiFi is provided free
âą Roku smart TVs throughout provide ability to use Netflix, Hulu, or any streaming service you may subscribe to. Most common apps will be preinstalled.
âą Keurig coffee maker available. Washer/dryer in unit for convenience.
Check-in & Check-out Hours/Parking:
âą Parking for two vehicles is included.
âą Check in 3PM/Check out 10AM (exceptions within reason can be made).
We emphasize cleanliness:
âą High powered UV-C light installed within the HVAC system circulating sanitized air throughout the unit (Halo Whole Home Sanitation System).
âą Eco Quest Breeze 2 Commercial grade Air Purifiers providing continuous UV-C air purification offering 6 stages of air filtration, including a photo-catalytic filter that traps bacteria and viruses to be deactivated by UV-C light. The air purifier is rated to sanitize the entire volume of air of the condo every 25 minutes. Combining the HVAC with these units will hopefully provide our clientele with a sense of ease during these times.

***Optional ozone purification of all air, surfaces, beds, etc within the unit between rentals free of charge. Please inquire about this as the unit will need to be aired out for ~10 mins prior to entry but would sanitize the condo even further if this interests you. We will be doing this for our family, so we wanted to offer it to yours.
âą UV-C sanitation boxes provided to sanitize TV remotes between rentals and available to renters for phones, wallets, keys, etc. during your stay.
âą Condo is professionally cleaned with products approved by the EPA.
âą Linens will be washed between all rentals. If you prefer to bring your own linens, please let me know.
