Good afternoon, the sliding glass doors have been ordered. They have been on back order as of today for close to three months. I am sorry this was an issue. No, Republic Waste does not get out of the trucks to pick up bags of garbage. However we do go by and check cans at all of our properties during the week. We will personally pick up any bags on the ground and usually will take some out of the can to give you more room until trash pick up day. The garages are off limits. This is where the owners keep their personal items. However there is room for 6 vehicles out front. There is also two gates one located on each side of the home. This is a perfect area to rinse off your beach gear, bikes, etc. Before every check in the pool areas are blown off and pools cleaned. However during the Summer we have heavy afternoon showers usually once a day. This causes debris to fall from the trees. We cannot go to each home after each storm to maintain the pool. However we can call the pool company and have them add it to the list. Also the pool is an older pool so the paint is faded which makes it look a little dirty. But, I assure you that the pool is clean and the chemicals are correct.
