Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $50/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – The choice is yours!

Max Occupancy is 14: Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the maximum occupancy of 14 guests. Large events, including but not limited to weddings and rehearsal dinners etc., are not permitted. Student groups of any kind are also strictly prohibited.

Bunk Room: Sleeps six with three custom-built bunk beds, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Guest Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, TV, and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Guest Bedroom 3: King bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Lower Level (Ground Floor):
Game Room: Equipped with a shuffleboard table, card table, large-screen TV, coffee bar, sink, and mini-fridge.
Guest Bedroom 4: King bed, TV, and access to a shared full bathroom with a shower.
Outdoor Access: Direct entry to the pool area.

Outdoor Amenities:
Private Heated Pool: Approximately 24 x 11 ft, with optional heating available ($65/night).
Entertainment: Two dining tables, loungers, a gas grill, and a fire pit area.
