Let’s take a walk through your island oasis! The first floor consists of an entry way with the elevator to take you to the inside floors and a stairway that goes all the way to the rooftop. Straight ahead you will find doors to lead you to the covered and gated pool area which has an outdoor shower and access to the private beach. The second floor has a cute half bath next to the elevator and moves on to the living room. The open floor concept takes you into the dining area accompanied by a quaint sitting area backed by the spacious full kitchen. The large ocean facing deck has a dining area and stairs leading down to the beach. The third floor has the laundry room and two king bedrooms, both with ensuites. The fourth floor has a bedroom with two twin triple bunk beds with ensuite and the master bedroom with king bed, ensuite, coffee bar with refrigerator, and personal porch. The rooftop features a grill, prep sink, refrigerator, and a dining spot adorned with enchanting string lights, perfect for savoring sunsets to the soundtrack of the sea.
