Extending your enjoyment of the fabulous Georgia weather, the home boasts a private, in-ground pool, and three front porches.

Upon entering, you can leave your shoes in the entry foyer. The first floor has two king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, an interior elevator, and quick access to the backyard pool.

The second floor displays the main living area, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows/doors. The living room offers a comfortable space to stream your favorite shows and the adjacent chef's kitchen is gorgeously appointed with stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and a farmhouse sink. A bunk room and full bathroom are available on this level.

The third floor is composed of the primary master bedroom. It is spacious, sunny, and featuring plenty of storage space.

A private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and children's items like a Pack-N-Play, high chair, and games round out the interior amenities.

Nearby attractions include Massengale Park, the St. Simons Island Lighthouse Museum, World War II Homefront Museum, East Beach, and all of downtown's restaurants, and boutiques.

The pool is open year-round with a daily heating fee of $75/day available. 24-48 hour notification is required to heat the pool. The pool heat fee must be paid before check-in.
