4310-9th Street est un endroit parfait oĂč vous et votre famille pouvez vous rĂ©unir pour vous dĂ©tendre et vous reposer! La maison est idĂ©alement situĂ©e dans le quartier emblĂ©matique d'East Beach. Vous ĂȘtes proche de la plage et Ă  environ 1,5 km du centre-ville Village / Pier. Avec deux espaces de vie sĂ©parĂ©s et un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert, il y a beaucoup de place pour tout le monde. La maison a rĂ©cemment eu toutes les salles de bains et la cuisine rĂ©novĂ©e avec de nouveaux appareils de cuisine. Profitez du plan d'Ă©tage lumineux et ouvert avec beaucoup de lumiĂšre naturelle, ou installez-vous dehors et dĂ©tendez-vous au bord de la piscine tout en admirant les magnifiques chĂȘnes.

En franchissant la porte d'entrĂ©e, vous serez accueilli par un salon ouvert et lumineux avec une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat de 50 pouces, un coin repas attenant offrant une vue magnifique sur la piscine privĂ©e. À gauche du salon, vous aurez 3 chambres Ă  coucher dont 2 suites principales.

Vous vous sentirez à l'aise dans le premier appartement avec un trÚs grand lit et une salle de bain privée avec une belle douche, deux lavabos et un mini-réfrigérateur dans la chambre, une télévision à écran plat 42 pouces avec cùble, un fauteuil ventilateur de plafond et portes coulissantes en verre menant à la piscine.

La deuxiĂšme chambre principale a Ă©galement un lit king, un ventilateur de plafond et une salle de bains complĂšte avec une douche Ă  l'italienne.

La troisiÚme chambre a deux lits superposés et sa propre salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne.

Il y a aussi une demi-salle située dans le couloir avec ces quatre chambres.

À droite du salon se trouve la cuisine rĂ©novĂ©e avec tous les nouveaux appareils. La cuisine donne sur le deuxiĂšme salon avec une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat 42 pouces et la piscine.

Hors de ce salon sont 2 chambres supplémentaires. Un avec un roi et l'autre avec une reine. Les deux chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond et il y a une salle de bain complÚte entre les deux avec une baignoire douche.

Dirigez-vous dehors pour vous asseoir au bord de la piscine dans les 2 fauteuils Ă  bascule ou la table de patio avec 6 chaises Il y a aussi 6 belles chaises longues dans le garage qui peuvent ĂȘtre utilisĂ©es autour de la piscine. Rincer le sable dans la douche extĂ©rieure. Beaucoup de stationnement pour 6 voitures. Si vous recherchez la grande maison de plage parfaite sur un seul niveau avec une ambiance haut de gamme et confortable, la 4310-9th Street est le choix idĂ©al pour vos vacances. Non fumeur, pas de fĂȘtes ou d'Ă©vĂ©nements de mariage.

Large house with good central area and kitchen for group gatherings. Easy beach access and walking opportunities. Friendly folks for check in and very accommodating with requests. Would stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: I am not prone to negative reviews, but voiced my concerns to rental office, and staff member said it would evaluate and possible compensation would be discussed. Bedroom fan will not work without the light being on as well, causing that guest to be very uncomfortable. TV in den was reported as not working and technician never came.

Our stay

Property was recently renovated. It’s in east beach which is nice, but the 9th street beach access was messed up so you had to go to 11th street to get on beach (10 mins extra walk). The beach is really wide at 9th and 11th so the walk is pretty good once you get to the access too. Tv in second living room never would work and there was palmetto bugs getting in the house and dying. Pool is nice but mostly shaded. They have people to come take the trash to the road and clean the pool for you. Thought it was worth what we paid for it, but if the price goes up I would book another property.

Master needs a dresser even though there is a huge closet! Maybe some solar lights around back or string lights would give a little more light. Clean!

Loved being close to the marsh as well as the beach. East beach is beautiful. Very quiet neighborhood. They had lots of beach chairs and other beach necessities available for use. Kitchen was well stocked. We always do a low country boil and large pots were stocked in the kitchen. The pool area was great too. Very private with lots of room and fenced in so you can let dogs off leash. The only dog problem was the neighbors dog that kept using the front yard and driveway to do her business. Owners did not even care to pick it up. Overall we loved this property and if we come back next year would definitely rent this one again! Real escapes property managers were very pleasant and friendly over the phone. Which I appreciated.

Family Week At The Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My siblings and our spouses try to spend a week together at the beach. We range in ages from 70 to 86, but we still enjoy swimming and playing cards daily. There are no steps in this house which is a great plus for our crowd. The house is pretty much perfect in regards to bedrooms and bathrooms and large kitchen and large table. A handrail for the pool would be great, but it has been our experience that the pools down on the island just do not have handrails, but we managed. The realty company was great. Our only was that the wi fi router needed boosting, and it was locked in a room unaccesable to us or the repairmen. The lack of WiFi was very inconvenient as we only had it in the living room. We have reserved this home for next summer also, we will have the WiFi issue cleared up the first day, if there is a problem.

Great property

This house was spot on with amenities and space to house 3 families and not feel overcrowded. The ONLY complaint I have was upkeep and cleanliness of the pool and outdoor area. LOTS of leaves everywhere, deck patio, pool, clogged in gutters and made it very dirty.

Nice residential area two block walk to beach and an inner coastal pathway to get away from beach goers. Dog friendly with a lot of tile flooring. Great layout with two wings and essentially two master bedrooms.
