The 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a queen sofa bed for maximum of 6 guests per apartment (YOU GET TWO!) so you & your guests can sleep comfortably! We care about comfortability for all our guests, so count on it that even your furry pal can also sleep comfortably on the pet bed (one out of the many pet amenities we provide!).

The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need. If there`s anything apart from the basics that you need to cook the delicious menu for your stay, we`re a message away! The best part, you get to enjoy unlimited coffee on us!

To complete the Welgo experience, my team is available 24/7 to attend to your messages and needs!

Central location - 4 min drive to downtown. 5 min Walk to UA. Rincon Heights neighborhood is known in Tucson for the safety and friendliness of residents.

The University of Arizona is 5 min walk. 4 min or $7 uber ride to downtown. There are also some restaurants, Safeway, and gas stations walking distance.

- Due to the proximity of this apartment to neighboring units, noise can travel between walls. Good news! This is rarely a problem and can be shut out by closing doors and windows or using complimentary earplugs. If you experience a higher than the normal noise level, please contact us and we will take care of it!

- WiFi Speed of 130 mbps is reference for the fastest speed you can get but not a guarantee.

- Front-Facing motion- detector cameras outside of the property and at the entrance for your safety & security!

- We offer $40 laundry credits for 8 nights stay and longer.

- For guests staying, 11-21 night stays: one mid-stay cleaning
and for 22-30 night stays: two mid-stay cleanings

Guests must successfully pass this screening for us to confirm their stay. This process helps us maintain the quality and security of our property, ensuring peace of mind for both our guests and us. If, unfortunately, you do not pass the screening, we will not be able to host you. No need to worry—here’s what the screening involves, as per our insurance provider:

Email: Verification to ensure the email address is valid, deliverable, and not temporary or disposable.
Phone: Verification to confirm the phone number is valid, deliverable, and not disposable.
Watchlist: A check against our insurance list of guests who have previously caused damage and not taken responsibility for it.

SECURITY DEPOSIT / DAMAGE WAIVER - Access via Guest APP

Accidents happen, and we want your stay stress-free. **Before arrival, pick one required protection option in our secure Guest App:** As an official partner of Airbnb, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App
1. **Security Deposit.** A standard **refundable $250** hold on your card, fully released after checkout if no damage occurs.
2. **Damage Waiver – non-refundable** A small $34.95 one-time fee that covers accidental damage. Quick peace of mind. **non-refundable**

LOCAL GUESTS (Tucson area):
- must contact prior to booking with the reason for the stay

NUMBER OF GUESTS:
- maximum 6 guests including visitors
- $25 fee/night for each additional guest beyond # of guests booked past 10 pm

EARLY CHECK-IN:
- $60 fee (subject to availability)

LATE CHECK-OUT:
- $60 fee (subject to availability)
- $200 fee for unauthorized late checkout

NO SMOKING OR NO VAPING:
- $400/day smoking fine for odor remediation

NO LOUD NOISE PAST 10 PM:
- $200 fee for failure to tone down noise after a neighbor`s complaint and/or not following the request to vacate premises

LOST PARKING PERMIT:
- $20 fine/day for each temporary pass + $350 for each replacement

PET RULES:
- CONTACT US with a dog description prior to booking
- Please let us know if your sweet pet needs a crate, doggie toys, bowls, scooper, or anything during your stay so we can prepare it for you
- You must accept the request for a $70 pet cleaning fee for stays 3 nights and less
- Additional $15 for an extra dog
- 3+ nights the pet fee = $20/night/dog
- Limited to 2 small dog/s (below 40 lbs each)
- Pet to be up-to-date on vaccinations
- Pick up after them
- Must be house trained/potty trained
- Dogs are NOT allowed on FURNITURE
- No fenced yard for pets. Must be leashed on the property at all times
- Your dog/s must be with you at all times. Leaving your pet unattended (meaning not crated or kenneled) will result in vacating the premises
- You assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by your dog/s and agree to pay additional amounts shall this occur
- If excessive pet noise (barking) is disturbing to the neighbors you must quiet the situation

**Failure to follow pet rules may result in a $200 fine and vacating premises**
