We were locked out upon arrival because the keypad did not work. Called customer service who said the keypad had been reset. It never worked. Found a keypad downstairs on the property and was able to use the key to enter. AC was broken for two of the three nights we stayed. Called Ryson on friday, they said someone would be out to fix, no one ever showed. I called on Saturday and they told me they didnât even see where I called and no work order has been entered. Finally the AC man came out in late Saturday evening and said it was an electrical problem. A couple hours later an electrician came out and fixed ac. Rat droppings in pots and pans and in cracks of counter tops on kitchen counters. Kitchen plug near sink didnât work. Downstairs guest room tv blacked out the first night we stayed. Was never replaced or fixed our entire stay. No info was given on where pool was located so we never found pool to enjoy it but we were able to walk down to the beach which has a nice access point. Overall we enjoyed our stay because itâs been years since my family and I have been together but would have liked for it to be cleaner and the property management to be more efficient in handling maintenance issues. The AC is of course fixed so maybe that wonât be an issue for the next guests but they also need to do a deep clean in the home and replace old patio chair that is rusted and wobbly. Replace downstairs guest bedroom tv that does not work. Replace broken over the range microwave.
