Mermaid's Cove is a beachside home located in desirable Pointe West with community amenities including pools and hot tub. This spacious vacation home sleeps 10. It has 3 balconies on different levels to enjoy the many views. You can also enjoy a picnic or some outside games beneath the home which also overlooks the pond and fountain. Coastal decor, unique furnishings and light fixtures flow throughout. The first floor accommodations include 3 bedrooms, all with adjoining full baths, and a laundry room. You will find the most relaxing primary bedroom with soothing colors to the rear of the home. It has comfortable bedding and chairs, wall mounted tv, closet and it's own private balcony. Bedroom 2 is located to the front of the house and can be enjoyed by kids or adults alike with queen over queen bunk beds, sitting area and full bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 offers a unique accent wall and all of the amenities of the other bedrooms plus its own private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Ascend the wide staircase for the main living areas. Light abounds in this entire area. The kitchen is a cook's delight for any night you would like to prepare a meal. It is fully stocked and has all the amenities of home. There is also a breakfast bar with seating for 3 which adjoins the dining area with a full size table that seats 6. The living room offers an abundance of seating, large wall mounted tv, sleeper sofa for additional sleeping needs, a wall of windows and access to the large balcony. The balcony has a great outdoor dining table for those nights you want to enjoy al fresco dining. A quick walk gets you to the beach crossover to access the lightly populated beach area. Guests will also have access to the storage area in the rear of the home for access to beach toys and accessories. You are sure to enjoy your stay at the luxurious Mermaid's Cove. This is Galveston Island s premier resort. You will recognize this as you drive into the area - multiple pools, onsite restaurant, bars, golf cart paths, a lazy river for the young and the young at heart. Simply too much to describe. Surfside Freeport is minutes away from Pointe West!

Guests must check in at the resort's welcome center to obtain a wrist band for all guests in their party. Each wristband is $25 per person. Valid for your entire stay. You can only obtain a wrist band for each person staying at our property. One day guest passes can be obtained for $25.00 per day. Please contact Pointe West Resort for more details as specific terms for one day guest passes apply to the number of room occupants. Parking passes should also be picked up at the Beach Club. OFFICE HOURS: SUN - WED: 9:00 to 6:00PM | THURS - SAT: 9:00 to 7:00PM. Renters must have their invoice paid by 4 PM on the arrival day to obtain their packet and the code for the after-hours box.

All fees and services may be subject to 15% tax.
The Owner has installed a " Ring Doorbell " at this unit for security purposes. There is also a camera located above the garage. This provides visual and audio information to the homeowner upon entry into the unit.
