Awesome house

This property is beautiful and was able to accommodate my family that came into town for a graduation. We had a great time here and the views from the 3rd floor are breathtaking.

We liked the house - it was great for all of us. And the kids loved the heated pool. Perfect for an extended family getaway.

Loved the house, the location, the setup and the pool. Great size, the rooms were nice and comfortable and the pool being right off the living room was fantastic. Very short walk to the beach. The issue was upkeep and cleanliness of the house which is a very easy fix. The dishes were dirty on arrival, tables were still dirty, and sticky and two showers were not cleaned. One shower still had a charcoal type cleaning utensil in it which had fallen apart all over the shower. The master shower was just overall not very clean. House also not that well-appointed which is an easy fix. No starter supplies like soap or shampoo and kitchen very bare. Beverage fridge was broken it was mentioned it would be replaced; it was not. Pool had not been cleaned for a while and spa needed a cleaning and was broken. Overall great property that needs a little TLC. Would stay there again.

BEST TIME OF OUR LIVES

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelor party and golf trip, and wow! This place blew us away. Words truly can’t do it justice. The house was massive, immaculate, and felt like we were living in luxury, definitely punching above our weight class in the best way possible.The location? Perfect!!! Right across from the beach with stunning views and easy access. Every guest had a comfy place to crash, and the private pool was an absolute lifesaver in the South Carolina heat. We rented a golf cart (highly recommend!) which made exploring the island even more fun.What really took it over the top was the host. Super kind and accommodating, he even let us send down some packages before the trip (games, pool floats, etc.) to make our stay even better. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare.If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Pay the extra bit and book this house! It made our trip unforgettable, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend it more. You will not regret it!

Family Vacation

We booked this house for a family vacation and it was the perfect place to stay. The house had a great lay out so we didn’t feel crowded, the private pool was nice to have and it was and easy walk to the beach. The house had nice furnishings and plenty of extras to make us feel at home

Perfect house for large families or multiple families

What a great week at this property. We had 2 families staying here and the house was a perfect size to allow us to enjoy each other without feeling crowded. The pool and outdoor spaces were amazing and the beach was only steps away. We will definitely go back.

Great property. A couple of minor hiccups, but overall it was most enjoyable. Super close to the beach. Non crowded street at that address. Pool was wonderful. Large bedrooms and open spaces.

Great House!

The house was amazing, plenty of room for our extended family. Having the pool and hot tub right out front was really amazing. We thought we would go to the beach every day, but we actually stayed at the pool for a couple days, because it was so nice. Location is great, right across the road from a beach access. Watched fireworks from the rooftop. Property manager Robbie was great as well. Already booking for next year!

Very Disappointed - A/C Broken and Algae in Pool

We were very disappointed with this property. The pool was full of algae, and the air conditioner on the main floor did not work most of the time. The property manager attempted to repair the air conditioner by resetting the circuit breaker several times a day. It only worked for an hour or two each time it was reset. The house was uncomfortable most of the time, especially at night. We constantly communicated about the issue. Rather than engage with a HVAC repair firm, the property manager attempted to put a band aid on the issue.When we arrived, the pool was completely green with algae. See the attached picture. The pool maintenance company shocked the pool at the end of our second day. We were told not to use the pool for another day for safety reasons. Our stay was four days, so we only had use of the pool one day. Even then it was very cloudy.There were other issues that we considered minor, such as the small refrigerator not working, hardware in the bathrooms not installed, etc. Lack of air conditioning and pool, however, significantly detracted from our enjoyment of the property. We paid a premium for this house because of the pool. The property manager promised that we would receive a fair rebate. He has never made an offer for a rebate and has failed to answer several texts and phone calls. He has not responded to the VRBO complaint process and appears to have no intention of making things right.

Fulfilling A Beach House Fantasy!

This was the most amazing property my family and I have stayed in, we have stayed in many. The decor within the house, locality to the beach, and living accommodations, far exceeded our expectations. We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. We had little to bring except our personal items, food, and a desire for the beach. The inground pool was the cherry ontop of everything else.

Vacation Perfection

I was looking for a family beach getaway during a holiday weekend. The property is new and was not yet reviewed, I am so glad I trusted my gut and we booked it. The home is gorgeous and provides the space needed large family or friend getaways. I think it was the first time my siblings and I did not argue over room assignments! The pool almost made us forget the beach was across the street. Robbie, the owner, also made certain we had a seamless stay and welcome to the Isle of Palm. We’ll be back!

Perfect Beach Vacation

The house is pristine, perfectly appointed and the quintessential beach vacation home. We shared the home with adult friends visiting for a reunion. The home was spacioua to allow us all our privacy but also has amazing gathering spaces. The kitchen and living area are huge, perfect for gathering to share a meal and enough seating for everyone to relax. The pool, spa and bbq area were so great, we almost couldnt peel oursleves away to the beach. But when we did, there were beach chairs available and it was literally just across rhe street. The sunset walks were great. The ability to rinse off downstairs was a bonus and we were able to keep the house free from sand! Highly recommend and we will be back! Special thanks to Robbie for great communication and support!

Isle of Palms

Overall a wonderful house, especially for two or three families. Very spacious, great kitchen with everything you need. Loved the elevator as it was so helpful getting in and out. Lots of parking including a garage which was so nice. The pool area is wonderful and loved the built in hot tub, this is where we were most of the time. Road out front can be a bit noisy /busy but it is also what gives the place wonderful beach access right across the street to a quiet area of the beach. Host very accommodating and easy to work with. Over all a wonderful place to stay.
