With over 4,000 square feet of living space, a private pool, and multiple outdoor gathering areas, this home is designed for unforgettable family vacations and relaxing coastal getaways.
The backyard pool area is truly the heart of the home—a warm tropical oasis surrounded by swaying palms and plenty of space to lounge and unwind. The outdoor kitchen features a large oversized grill, making poolside cookouts and family dinners easy and fun.
Overlooking the pool is a large screened porch with comfortable seating and outdoor dining space. It’s the perfect spot to relax in the shade with your morning coffee or evening drink while enjoying the sounds of family fun around the pool.
For even more outdoor enjoyment, head up to the third-floor porch or rooftop deck where you can catch ocean breezes and watch the morning sun rise over the water.
Inside, the open floor plan creates a bright and welcoming gathering space. The kitchen overlooks both the spacious living room and oversized dining table that seats 10 comfortably. Massive windows fill the home with natural light and offer beautiful views of the pool area from nearly every angle.
The kitchen also includes additional seating at the breakfast bar plus a large pantry with an extra refrigerator—perfect for stocking up for large groups and extended stays.

***The fireplace is not available for guest use.
***Pool heating is available for an additional $600 per week and must be arranged at the time of booking with at least 14 days advance notice. Pool heating fees cannot be prorated. During colder weather (below 50°F), the pool may only heat to approximately 60°F, and after extended cold temperatures, it may take additional time for the water to warm back up.
***The pool includes a built-in spa; however, the spa cannot be heated separately from the pool. It simply recirculates pool water, so the spa temperature will match the pool temperature. “Spa mode” activates the jets only.


This home has complimentary cable TV and wireless high-speed internet. All bed linens, towels and starter kit/ toiletries are included. 1 towel set per person is provided. Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Rentals. **** Starter kits/toiletries include small dish soap, small dishwasher detergent, 1-2 kitchen trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, TP in each bathroom, starter size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cleansing bar. Keurig Coffee Maker is provided
