It’s also great to know that our handyman was able to respond quickly and take care of the maintenance concerns the same day. We are sorry, however, that the home was not cleaned to the standard you expected upon arrival, particularly the bathrooms. We understand how disappointing that is when you are beginning your vacation, and we apologize that our follow-up cleaning did not fully address your concerns. We will be sharing this feedback with our housekeeping team so we can improve our attention to detail. We also appreciate your comments regarding the mattresses, cabinets, and light switches. Feedback like this is helpful as we continue to identify areas where the home could use updating.
