NEW to Proactive Vacations! âOh Shell Yeahâ is a peaceful island delight located on the quite west end of Holden Beach. Offering 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms this is sure to become your home away from home. Featuring your very own PRIVATE POOL!
The spacious open concept living room / kitchen / dining room is located on the second floor giving endless entertainment possibilities. The well-equipped kitchen will offer everything and more to make a tasty home cooked meal to enjoy with your loved ones while making the best memories. You will appreciate the large comfortable living room furnishings which will allow for the comfiest movie night imaginable. The large balconies have the most breathtaking views of the glistening Intracoastal Waterway. Who wouldn't want t to wake up with their morning beverage and have mesmerizing sunrise views.
Downstairs you will find all three bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. Accommodating 8 guests you will surely find that this home can keep everyone comfortable! Bedroom #1, located on the 1st floor, street facing, offering 1 full bed, and 1 T/T bunk bed. Bedroom #2, located on the 1st floor, street facing, offering a king bed and private bathroom. Bedroom #3, located on the 1st floor, street facing offering a queen bed. The second full bathroom is conveniently located beside bedrooms #1 & #3.
You will certainly feel at home in the coastal oasis!
This pool is open year round. Pool heater may be available Labor Day - Memorial Day upon advance request only, with a pool heating fee of $400. Pool is cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.
