Lovely two bedroom apartment in the heart of Paris - Louvre, Marais, Seine.
This spacious two bedroom apartment is ideally located in the heart of Paris. Only a few minutes from the Opera Garnier, the lively neighborhood of le Marais, the Louvre, and the Seine. Also close to all other touristic places like the Eiffel tower or Montemarte, either by walking or by metro. Come to enjoy the buzzing restaurant scene, hundreds of boutiques, beautiful bridges, and quaint walking streets - all at your fingertips.
Apartment fully equipped for a relaxing stay. A beautiful respite to match the beauty of the surroundings.
We had a wonderful 4-night stay! The apartment is very comfortable, immaculately clean, and overall lovely. My husband, our daughters (ages 8 and 10), and I were all extremely happy from the moment we walked in the door. Added bonuses include very efficient air conditioning, a washing machine, a Nespresso machine, and a lift. The location is also great - we took full advantage of the shops and restaurants nearby, and due to the central location, covered a lot of ground all over the city both using the Metro and on foot.Jacqueline and Nicolas are great hosts and easy to work with - they communicate well, and are extremely helpful and welcoming.
Perfect location for a visit in Paris. We were able to walk everywhere! And the metro is quite close, so you could get around to farther destinations easily. We had enough room for 2 adults and 2 kids, and having AC was definitely a huge plus during the heat wave that we encountered. Apartment is on 3rd French, 4th American floor, but thereâs an elevator! So you donât have to drag your bags up the stairs, huge plus. For breakfast, lunch and dinner there were a ton of options again within walking distance, and there were a few small grocery stores nearby. We would definitely stay here again!Thank you for a lovely week in Paris
Wonderful light-filled apartment equipped with everything you need. Easy walk from metro, and also conveniently located to walk directly to many sights and neighborhoods. Nearby Rue Montorgueil is a charming street filled with fruit and cheese shops, bakeries, chocolatiers and restaurants. Jacqueline was a lovely host, answering questions quickly, and also accommodated our very late arrival. I would definitely come back!
My mother, niece and I loved this place and would stay there again. I thought this listing was too good to be true since there were only a few reviews and they were all 10 ratings, but it really is an incredible apartment in a perfect part of the city. You can walk to any of the major sites, and the pedestrian street Rue Montorgueil with all the cafes, bakeries, and restaurants you will need is less than 2 blocks away. I also walked through several of the covered passageways close by. The pictures show the interior very accurately . The hosts were very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Jacqueline left treats for my momâs birthday and cream in the fridge for our coffees knowing it can be hard to find. It was hard to leave for sure!
Perfect for 2 or 3 visitors.
AC works perfectly.
Beautiful building.
Easy walking distance to many great sites and places to eat.
Comfortable living area.
My daughter and I stayed here and it was exceptional from start to finish. The flat is exactly as the pictures portray, beautiful. The location was perfect for walking to so many things you want to see and minutes to the Metro. Beds so comfy and check so easy when met at the door with smiles and welcome. You will be so happy you chose this delightful place.
For my daughterâs 16th birthday, I took her on a special trip to Paris. This apartment was the best possible place to stay. It was clean, comfortable, well-supplied, and perfectly located. We were a short walk to museums, restaurants, and shopping (including tons of thrift shops that my daughter basically bought a new wardrobe in). The hosts put together a very helpful guide, with recommendations for all kinds of activities and places to eat. We found that to be a great starting point in the first couple days when we didnât know where to start. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful - allowing us to drop our bags off in the morning before we checked in. They also (amazingly!!) welcomed us with a birthday cake, champagne, and sparkling cider for my daughterâs birthday!!For anyone traveling with a teen, this place is beyond perfect. She had her own room to hide away in when she needed her own time, but we could also hang out in the kitchen or living room together and watch Netflix before bed. It is so centrally located that if she changed her mind about an activity or just got grumpy, it was easy to just head back home and regroup. There are plenty of amazing markets nearby so that we could have fresh fruit and snacks on hand (including cheeses that made her fall in love with cheese). We also accidentally arrived during menâs fashion week, and many of the very black tie events were happening in the neighborhood! Donât hesitate to book this place!
Nicolas and Jacqueline were such gracious and accommodating hosts. From special arrangements around our early arrival time after a long trip from Canada to their friendly communication and local recommendations, they really made our trip to Paris a special one. Be sure to go to Au Pied de Cochon for dinner! Not to be missed and a very short walk from the apartment. Everything is easy to get to from there - anything that was a bit far for us with my husbandâs sore knee, we just grabbed an Uber for. A wonderful location and a clean and inviting space. Thank you so much, Nicolas and Jaqueline!
Perfectly located and gorgeous apartment. I can't thank Nicolas enough for his hospitality. Everything was pristine, from the welcome basket of French treats and wine to the detailed interior of the apartment. Parisian and stylish. The perfect blend between home and hotel, with all of the beauty of luxury, with the addition of a great kitchen to make our breakfasts in. Every other mealtime we spent wandering the neighborhood, which has no shortage of options. I will need to come back just to try the rest on my list! Overall, a perfect stay in my dream city. Would recommend to anyone. I will definitely come back.
We loved this place SO much! It was very clean and comfortable. There was an a/c in both bedrooms plus one in the living room. The beds were clean and comfortable. It was very quiet at night.
Jacqueline greeted us at the apartment with wine and a baguette. More importantly...there was cold water waiting for us in the fridge! She said we could call her at anytime if we needed anything. When youâre so far away from home and donât know anyone, that means a lot.
The location was perfect. There were many cafes and coffee shops just around the corner. We had breakfast and dinner in the area every day. We loved being within walking distance to The Lourve and Notre Dame. It was a great place to come home to after sightseeing all day.
I highly recommend this place!!
From the outset I was so impressed with this property! I had initially booked a different property which canceled on me 2 months prior to our trip! That was a blessing in disguise! Nicolas was so patient with all my questions (I had many!). While I thought the reservation and pre-trip procedure were great, I wasn't prepared for what came next. Not only did Jacqueline greet us at the door upon our arrival, but she also had a cake waiting to celebrate my son's graduation AND a gift basket with wine and treats! As if that wasn't enough, she had provided a book with her restaurant and other neighborhood recommendations. The place was spotless, looked just the like the photos in the listing, and had all the needed amenities and then some. The beds and linens were divine! I have already recommended it to friends who are traveling later this summer. We will definitely be staying here when we return to Paris!
The Les Halles area offered food, shops, & close to the Metro. The host bought a yummy cake and Champaign to greet us and celebrate our occasion. We walked to the Louvre and Notre Dame and the Opera easily. The host answered my questions. AC saved us after long days walking in the heat! Small elevator accommodates one person at a time but for us was okay. At least getting large luggage up and down third floor helped so much. I liked that the toilet was separate from shower room. For three women that worked well. Would recommend this place!
We stayed with our two daughters who were celebrating a high school in college graduation. Jacqueline met us at the apartment, even though we got in fairly late on the train. She had a graduation cake and roses for the girls and a bottle of wine and treats for my wife and I. She has a nice booklet outlining area restaurants and shopping and answered our questions. The apartment is spotless. Thereâs even an elevator. Just book it.
