Welcome to our upscale, executive, downtown Boulder rental. Our quiet, 2nd floor, one-level loft is tastefully decorated and furnished with a modern vibe and wood floors throughout (luxury vinyl plank flooring in the main bedroom). The open design gives the 1185 square feet an extremely spacious feel. The floor to ceiling windows provides a beautiful view of the Flatirons and Pearl Street. For outdoor space, enjoy the communal courtyard (shared with just 6 other units) or the private balcony with swivel chairs and bistro table looking onto the mountains and downtown Boulder.

The main bedroom has a queen bed with a view of the quiet courtyard, black out blind and loads of storage in the large California Closet. The main bath has a deep soaking tub, shower, toilet and spacious vanity. The second bedroom faces Pearl Street and the Flatirons, has a queen bed, black out blind, its own small closet and an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom is separated from the living area by a large, glass and metal sliding door (NY City loft style). Despite facing Pearl Street, it is very quiet, and guests report great night's sleep.

The open living room with a wall of windows offering spectacular views of the Flatirons, has a Room & Board queen sleeper sofa and another sofa for lounging and entertaining guests.

There is a large, dedicated work area with filing cabinet, drawers and bookshelves.

The kitchen offers a 4-seat bar top (higher and separate from the countertop) which works well for a second workspace if needed. In addition, there is an 8-person dining table for dinner parties. The complete kitchen has a gas range, full sized oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave oven. You will find all the gadgets, glasses, dishware and utensils you will need.

Our secure 2nd story loft is quiet as the whole building is only 8 units. There is a dedicated covered (carport) off-street parking spot for one car (clearance is 8 feet 4 inches), an elevator to help with luggage. Have a lot of stuff and sports equipment? No problem as there is a large hall California Closet offering a load of storage (this is in addition to the large walk-in master closet and small closet for 2nd bedroom). Just across the street, you can rent an e-bike from Boulder B Cycle (an automated system).

The unit has central air conditioning and heating, high speed WiFi internet and new Miele stacked washer and dryer units. There are two flatscreen TVs (Sony 65-inch SmartTV in the living room and a 32-inch Samsung SmartTV in the main bedroom).
All you need to do is to login to your streaming services, or bring your own streaming devices (AppleTV, FireTV, Roku, etc,) to plug into the HDMI ports.

Most of our guests are either relocating to the area, on temporary corporate or academic assignment, training for elite bike/foot races or visiting the grandkids for an extended time.

We offer one of the most convenient and newly equipped corporate/furnished housing options in Boulder. All dishes, cutlery, towels, linens, duvets, duvet covers, and mattress pads are included. You just need to bring your clothes and toiletries.
