Charmant appartement à Dowtown Boulder

Un studio récemment construit entièrement meublé au coeur du centre-ville de Boulder. L'appartement est sur deux niveaux avec le salon principal et la cuisine au rez-de-chaussée et la chambre et la salle de bains à l'étage. Situé à deux pâtés de maisons de Pearl Street dans un quartier résidentiel, cet emplacement est idéal pour la marche ou la location d'un vélo B pour explorer tout ce que Boulder a à offrir. Du centre commercial de Pearl Street qui a de nombreux restaurants, cafés, magasins et vie nocturne à l'Université du Colorado, qui abrite les CU Buffs. Juste un petit trajet et vos options sont infinies pour les sentiers de randonnée et de vélo, de grands lieux de pêche, terrains de golf, escalade, et Eldora Mountain Resort.

Great stay!

Loved the location- close to walk to restaurants and bus station to Denver airport. Loved our greeter - Buddy the dog! Clean and comfy!

Perfectly located, cozy apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy apartment. Easy walks to Pearl Street Mall. Short drive to loads of great hiking. Apartment has everything you need for a wonderful short stay. Bed and seating are both comfortable. Very clean, all new finishes. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Lovely, well appointed, clean, quaint apartment within walking distance to anything you would want to do on Pearl. Beautiful flower gardens. Nice option of AC in the upstairs bedroom, which many places don’t have. Wonderful owners and responsive property owner.

We had an excellent stay. The condo is exactly as pictured and is very comfortable, well designed, and well kept. The location is amazing and the host is very responsive. Towels and linens were nice and the kitchen had what we needed. We loved this place and would absolutely stay again. We were in for graduation and were very happy to be so close to campus, Pearl Street, and great hiking/running trails. Thank you Mandy!

Perfect size and great location

My sister and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was the perfect size for us. It was also a short walk to Pearl Street and some great restaurants and coffee shops. We had everything we needed in the house too. Would definitely recommend!!

The perfect cottage

The property is absolutely perfect. So glad to have stayed here during my daughter’s graduation from CU. Great location. Walkable to virtually everything from Pearl to campus.

Perfect base in Boulder

Very nice bungalow with everything you need. Great base for exploring Boulder and national parks in the surrounding area. Short walk to Pearl street with its own parking.

Perfect Spot!

Cannot say enough good things about this property! Exactly as described, clean, well-appointed and great location. The owner is friendly and extremely responsive. Our daughter is moving to Boulder and I hope to be a regular guest here.

Clean and Quiet

We loved the location. Everything was as described and spotless. The parking spot was also very much appreciated. We could walk to Pearl Street and drive to the Flat Irons. It also wasn't a difficult trip to Denver when we wanted to explore more. It was a wonderful!

Amazing!!!

This was hands down the perfect place for my husband and me! Very well equipped . We were both working and had plenty of room to spread out. All accommodations were excellent. We will be back again! Location was exceptional! Close to everything we needed.

Hidden Gem in Boulder

Location! Location! Location! Great spot near CUB and everything that Pearl Street has to offer. Hosts were very welcoming. The condo is fantastic and had just what you needed to make you feel like you were home. Definitely will be back.

Fantastic property and excellent location!

What a great place to stay! A exceptionally cozy home with great amenities. All of the shops and restaurants on Pearl are easily within walking distance a couple of blocks away. The area is quiet, and the bed and linens are very comfortable. As outdoor enthusiasts, Boulder is one of our favorite places to visit, and we'll absolutely book this unit on our next trip. Highly recommended!

Great CU Boulder Home Base

Condo was just as described, lovely! Perfect place to call home during CU move in. Easy walk to Pearl street area. A quick drive or 20 minute walk to campus. Owners lives in the house in front and were very friendly and helpful when needed but otherwise I didn’t know they were there. Shower and bathroom amenities were great. Kitchen had the essentials. It was hot during my stay and the AC upstairs in the bedroom worked great. Super cute place. Bummed it’s not available for Family Weekend as I would definitely stay again.

Simply the best value in Boulder!

We had such a great time this week! The property is perfect walking distance to everything you could want! We were so impressed with how clean and well maintained the apartment was. The bed was so comfy and the closet was super spacious! The location is ideal for traveling to any great hiking spot as well. Restaurants we enjoyed close by were Mateos, The Kitchen and Centro! We hiked to Sky Pond out of the Bear Lake Trailhead and we loved white water rafting out of Idaho Springs through Rocky Mountain Rafting Co.
