Highway 36 around the corner offers easy access to Boulder and Denver. Shopping and dining are within a couple of minutes, while a mall with movie theater is about 10 minutes away. Young visitors will love the nearby Broomfield Bay Aquatic Park.

Ample parking is available. There's a bus stop basically right outside the door. Downtown Boulder and Denver are both about 20 minutes away. Movie theaters, shopping, breweries, restaurants galore are all within about a 5 minute drive.
