Nice house with pool near Sea World/Disney/Universal

We enjoyed this house as a nice place to relax while we visited Sea World. Convenient location and nice to have a swimming pool.

Loved

I loved our stay! We had a minor issue when we first checked in but we called and she fixed it immediately. It was beautiful and our family enjoyed ourselves. They were stocked with so many things and it was clean and well maintained. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Big, beautiful and gorgeous view!

We had a lovely stay in this luxurious villa. 2 of the beds were very hard, so that is something te keep in mind, but didn't bother us. We had some minor issues that were quickly resolved.

Fantastic Villa !!!

We booked this villa as it was close to see a different part of Florida. The pool was absolutely fantastic, my grandson and husband were never out of it, even I went in !!! The villa is lovely and clean, the kitchen just perfect for preparing a quick breakfast and the odd dinner. The bed was lovely, big and comfortable also clean. The owner was extremely easy to get in touch with if there was a problem ( there wasn’t) if we stayed in the area again it would definitely be the one for us. Thank you so much for letting us rent your lovely villa x

Beautiful first impressions…however, ended with a partial refund and shortened stay.

Beautiful home and nice property owner. House was very clean. Whoever the cleaning crew is, did a fabulous job!! Beds and towels were fresh, floors and counter surfaces clean and dust free, the bathrooms were very clean. The week started out great. Midweek we returned after a day at Disney to find the water was turned off by the water company. There was no running water for us that night and the next morning which meant no showers, no toilets, etc. It was then nightmarish. We were in no position to go purchase and haul water in order to flush toilets and to go without bathing so with the help of VRBO support and contact with the property owner, we chose to leave the house the immediate morning and go elsewhere ending up in a hotel and paying much more than the cost of this house. The owner did give a refund for the remaining 3 nights from Wednesday (day the water was turned off) to the scheduled check out day. My family was very disappointed that we paid a hefty pool fee at the time of booking for an unusable pool and feel that should have been refunded. There was a pool maintenance person there at the beginning of the week and they swept the bottom of the pool but did nothing to clean the water of all the debris and did not fill the water in the pool to a usable level where it could reach the skimmer for the pump/filter to do its job. It remained dirty and unusable due to the water level.

House was beautiful and everything needed for a good stay. Property was very nice and surprisingly quiet. Be advised though that traffic getting to and from Orlando is absolutely terrible. An hour to an hour and a half just for a 19 mile drive and it didn't seem to matter the time of day. I realize owners have no control over that. Communication was a little sketchy but overall a great home and good stay.

Great winter getaway

The house came exactly as advertised. The kitchen is excellent for cooking with plenty of dishes and utensils that were in good shape. We were able to relax and enjoy home cooked meals. The bed in the master bedroom is firm which was a big plus for me. I found it to be quite comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and walkable. There is a lot of construction in the area and Interstate 4 is congested in the morning and early evening so you need to be patient with traffic.

Combination front door lock would not open.

The hurricane caused damage to the pool area with the screens, but that wasn’t the problems. The problem was Once we was able to get his side of the house, the electronic door lock would not unlock so we were stuck at the house our whole vacation because we could not Lock it. Everyone do in the house have vertical blinds that has several blinds missing. We had to put sheets up to the window for privacy. The garage remote control did not work, even after putting a brand new battery in it. The bed in the master bedroom was very hard, It was so hard that we had to purchase an air Matress which washave it delivered to the house.

What a dissapointment!

The pool area was overrun with ants on the deck and tables. Every evening was heavy with ants, and the water Was shallow. We filled the pool up to the skimmer area hoping it would work better, but no such luck. The skimmer was not working so bugs and debris floated on the water. The carpet was smelly and dirty in the house. Ants were on countertops and floor in the kitchen and main bath. The refrigerator was leaking a lot of water on the floor.

Review

Too many things broke. Freezer was broke and i had to go buy one from Home Depot so our food didn’t go bad for our dogs. The front door lock broke on day 3 or 4, but a locksmith came within 30 minutes to replace it. The patio screen was not repaired before our stay and the hurricanes were a month ago. The blinds were all broke and the back hose spigot was broke and water was running the entire time we were there. You can hear the water from inside the bathroom which was annoying. Given that we were at the parks all day i liked being all the issues. Florecita was very nice when we called her. She told us all these things are going to be fixed after we leave but I find it irritating they were not repaired before we arrived. The carpets Amari need to be steam cleaned because there’s stains most likely from previous animals. We’re kept our dogs crated and diapered so they couldn’t add to the issues. They also don’t out mattress protectors on the beds which has really gross because there’s stains on the mattresses from previous people. I would not go back for all these reasons.
