Would stay again!

I found the apartment to be very clean and well supplied with necessities. Nice shower plus 2 bathroom s. Laundry on- site was very convenient.

The apart. is nice, but the street location is horrible. The street is very noise, a lot drunk people on the street, the police was there all the time

The house is very clean! The host communication and response time is the best I have ever countered! The house is exactly how it is pictured! My family and I had an amazing time spending Christmas here!

My stay here as very nice and host was very understanding and nice about my concerns and needs . The house sits on stairs wich is hard to access when you traveling with disabled people also the 3rd bedroom is the basement which again down stairs and has a little sewage smell but host called a plumber but i still had to leave 2 windows crack to keep order down also in basement needs frequent fumigation because of insect.. overall the house was clean and i had a nice time and stay

House as described

House is exactly as listed. Host was welcoming and super friendly. Some reviews I saw mentioned the neighborhood being sketchy but my group felt safe walking from the train stop at 2am which was a 10 minute walk from to the property. A 20 minute walk in the opposite direction will get you to a main strip in town which has local restaurants and convenience stores. Home fit my group perfectly, would recommend and stay here again.

Quick weekend Stay

Our family came together for the holidays, this was a last minute booking. Jamar was very responsive to all of our inquiries. It was clean, and could accommodate everyone. Just bring extra comforters if you’re staying here during the winter. The bedrooms and basement were quite chilly even with the heat on. I would highly recommend to Uber/Lyft to this location only. There is zero parking. My cousin had to double park one evening and had to leave his info in the windshield in case he had to move early in the morning. Super close to downtown and transportation.

Great stay. The apartment was clean and well decorated. Has alot of space and beds. Beds were comfortable and smelled clean. Communication with the owner was great. Parking was limited especially at night and definitely make sure you know how to parallel park. 😂. Neighborhood was okay, it made me feel right at home when i heard a rooster in the morning. ☺ i will say depends on where you are coming from, it may look sketchy but it did not to me. The kitchen had everything you may need to cook with. It has plenty of plates, utensils, pots and pans. The kitchen table was a decent size for my family of 4. Had a great stay and will definitely recommend.

Great place to get away

Stayed here for a recent trip. It was a nice place. Neighborhood was a little bit sketchy and parking was limited, but no something that is in the owners control. The space was perfect for the 6 people that stayed, and could fit more. Only issue was the bath towels were left in the dryer wet and there was no indication they were that as the towels we used were folded on the bed. Also, there was little ventilation in the basement and it was super hot out. Windows were not in the best shape, despite looking new. These are small things though that didn’t impact our stay enough to warrant complaining.

Booked but didn't stayed

We reached the property around 11 pm and two things stood out the most: - Sketchy Neighborhood - No street parking available, cars were double parked Since there was an elderly person with us, she couldn't take the stairs to the first floor. It was so dark that we couldn't figure out if there was a doorway to the basement. So we had to leave. As per the pictures, the house is very well decorated from the inside but two major pieces of information are missing: - Pictures of the house from outside, so you get the feel of the neighborhood - Information to access the basement from outside for the elderly. The owner seems very reasonable & helpful though.
