Lake Norman house in quiet neighborhood

Enjoy our house in a peaceful Lake Norman Cove located between downtown Denver and Mooresville, NC. Local traffic in the neighborhood makes for a quiet street to walk/exercise. Only 5 minutes from groceries, gas and restaurants by car. A short boat ride to several restaurants on the lake make this a perfect spot for your family / friend vacation. Dock on the water is available for tying up your boat during your visit. We also have a couple of kayaks to enjoy the calm and peaceful canal of Lake Norman. We pride ourselves on keeping a very clean house for our guests.

The house was spotless, well equipped, very comfortable and the back deck view was so peaceful and relaxing. We very much enjoyed our stay.

House was wonderful and had everything we needed. We were in town for a wedding at nearby Crowe Mansion so we didn't get to enjoy the lake as much as most visitors probably do! But the deck views were appreciated for morning coffee and happy hour. We had a little bit of an issue with our door code at check in but the owners accommodated us and helped resolve the issue. The neighborhood was not high end lakefront, but it was very humble and quiet. The beds were super comfortable too!

Mini vacation to recharge

This was a great place to relax and recharge with our family after a few months of dealing with demanding careers and school year. The neighbors were amazing with recommendations. The house is bigger on the inside than the outside shows anf super clean. We will definitely be back in the future!

We had a wonderful time staying at the lake house in Denver. A few hiccups with the water/plumbing in the house day 1, but the owners were very responsive and took care of the issue the following day. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing home

I came down to find a place to move into from Long Island and having this house to come back to every day was amazing. Relaxing and peaceful is an understatement Jeff was very gracious with all of my questions and I left with a new place to live and a new beginning. Thank you so much Jeff for your hospitality

Wonderful Property

The home had everything we needed for our stay. Having a dock made it easy for boating or just watching the geese and goslings swim by. The location had easy access to grocery, restaurants and water activities. Walk-in showers were a plus for older travelers. One shower had grab bars, another plus. We would book it again.

Nice Time on Lake Norman

We really enjoyed our stay on Lake Norman. The house was very clean and neat, looked like it might have recently been remodeled/fixed up. The bedroom arrangements were great for property this size. Big gathering areas both upstairs and downstairs. It was a hot weekend and the A/C kept us cool. Liked that it had a dock, but the cove is very shallow by this house. Just had to be careful. The neighborhood is an older neighborhood, but is very quiet and peaceful. Overall, we would rent this property again.

We loved this home!

It was a beautiful home! First of all it was very clean. That is so important. Secondly, it was so comfortable and roomy for our party of 8. My master bed was so very comfortable also. I slept so good. The view off their large balcony is memorable! Kitchen had everything in it. I enjoyed their kitchen and everything home had to offer. The downstairs living room and bedroom offer led privacy to our other guests. We would love to return! Thank you Jeff for giving us a great experience.

Excellent accommodations. Great location for us to be close to local family. Was a great bonus to have 2 king beds available. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need for comfortable eating in options. Great to be on the lake. Only thing I could say was a bit of a slope in the backyard which makes kid play a bit challenging. We found the the Mountain Creek Park close by (about 10min drive) to let them run out their energyWould recommend and look to repeat our stay here.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was stocked with everything you need, the beds were some of the most comfortable beds we have ever had at a rental, the house was very clean. The owners were super helpful with recommendations. We rented a boat and it was delivered and picked up from the doc of the house which was extremely convenient. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

This house was perfect for our family. It was so clean and well-maintained throughout. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host was incredible and responded quickly to all of our questions. We had family members from 8 to 88 staying with us, and the house worked out so well for everyone. The lower level gave us a place to hang out when the oldest and youngest went to bed early. The area was so peaceful and quiet. Being able to use the two kayaks was an added bonus. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay at Lake Norman!

Peaceful retreat

This place was just want we needed for a busy week long stay for my sister's wedding. It is one of the rentals that actually does accommodate 8 people from the sleeping arrangements to the bathrooms, it was big enough for all of us. The other added bonus was they had enough seating to enjoy the beautiful view of the water. This rental was also clean and well stocked from the kitchen to the amount of towels, it seems like they've thought of everything. We will for sure stay here again!!!

Quiet cove, perfect for family

We had a great stay! Layout was perfect for our family of four, plus grandparents. Comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, convenient location to grocery and restaurants
although we cooked meals at the rental, making use of the Weber grill! Great spot to kayak from due to low wake zone.

We had a wonderful time staying at Jeff’s waterfront home! The house was very clean and well appointed. We had plenty of space and the location was convenient to the college and restaurants and a grocery store nearby! Enjoyed using the kayaks. Peaceful retreat from all the graduation activities.

Beautiful, comfortable, well stocked home

We had a great time here. The beds were comfortable (particularly the 2 King memory foam mattresses), the outside porch was comfortable and provided a nice view, and the kitchen and bathrooms were all well stocked with amenities. We cooked several full meals and didn't lack for anything.We would highly recommend this place!

Peaceful cove on Lake Norman

Quiet residential area with an easy walk down to the shoreline. Easy to find services on NC 16. Fantastic view of the sunrise.

Outstanding place

Spend Thanksgiving weekend with family. The beds were so comfortable my mom wants me to find out the manufacturer and get her the same. Said best sleep she has had in a long time. Nicely decorated throughout the house. We could play downstairs with different board games while adults could converse upstairs. Great communications with the host. Just an overall pleasant experience.

Amazing Stay

Words cannot summarize this property. This place was top notch and the detail was phenomenal! The owners did not leave out a thing. It was so very clean peaceful and serene! We will definitely return to this property. I even left my Kinlde and they are mailing it to me. I can’t say enough about this AMAZING place. Thank you for a beautiful birthday weekend!!!!!!
