This waterfront ranch style home with private dock is a 3600 square foot home that comfortably sleeps 16 guests. Five bedrooms and three full bathrooms offer plenty of space for family and friends. The well equipped kitchen, breakfast area, dining room and great room (with Smart TV) are on the main level situated in an open floor plan so everyone can be part of all the activities. A finished game room in the basement with Roku enabled television provides plenty of entertainment with a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, two arcade machines that include Mrs. PacMan, Golden Tee and other games.

The outside is just as inviting with seating on the large brand new deck just off of the kitchen or enjoy the view on the covered patio below. Water depth around the new private 20ft dock is 6+ feet with plenty of room for your boat and/or wave runner. It is also the perfect setting for fishing and swimming. There is a ladder on the dock for easy access in and out of the water. Take advantage of the convenient location with gas dock directly across from the house dock at Lake Norman Marina. Soak in the lake life with outdoor grilling on the patio, competitive games of cornhole and nights by the fire pit with cooking grate.

A full size washer and dryer, ironing board/iron and all linens are provided. Please note this is not a daily linen service. Also included is a starter kit with trash bags, paper products, dish/hand soap, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, dryer sheets and wrapped bar soap.
