Notre maison est située prÚs du parcours de golf national Trump, à 15 miles de Davidson College, à 35 miles de Lowes Motor Speedway. Nous sommes juste à cÎté du canal principal dans une grande crique profonde. 2 kayaks et des flotteurs sont fournis pour votre usage. Nous avons toutes les commodités que vous désirez dans votre maison idéale loin de chez vous: accÚs Internet sans fil gratuit pour votre ordinateur portable ou vos appareils mobiles, téléviseurs, films, lecteur DVD et cuisine entiÚrement équipée. Détendez-vous sur notre grand porche d'écran (35 pi x 13 pi) surplombant le lac Norman. Le porche de l'écran a une table à manger pour 6 personnes ainsi qu'un canapé, des chaises et une table à café. La maison dispose d'une cuisine améliorée avec granit, appareils en acier inoxydable, grand ßlot avec 3 tabourets. Au niveau principal, vous trouverez la chambre principale avec lit queen et la chambre n ° 2 avec lits superposés. Le sous-sol comprend une grande salle de loisirs avec une table de billard, un baby-foot, une télévision, des DVD pour enfants, des affiches à thÚme de cinéma et plus encore. La chambre n ° 3 est située hors de la salle de jeux. Pas d'animaux, s'il vous plaßt ne demandez pas.

Apportez vos jouets au lac ou louez un bateau ou un jet-ski dans une marina locale. Nous avons un quai privĂ© et un quai de jet. L'endroit le plus pratique pour lancer votre bateau est la zone d'accĂšs de Hagers Creek. L’adresse de la rampe de mise Ă  l'eau est le 788, chemin McKendree, au large du chemin Brawley School.

Great family getaway! My teens enjoyed the game room and kayaking! My husband and I enjoyed the view from the screened in porch. We loved watching the ducks, geese, blue heron and deer. It was clean and comfortable. We would love to come back!

It was a nice place that more than fit our needs for a week. Lots of outdoor seating areas. Nice dock area that we were able to easily dock a 22’ pontoon at. The owners were very easy to communicate with and worked with us on issues that were my fault. We will look it up again in the future.

Loved the screened in porch!

We had a relaxing time during our short stay. The screened in porch was wonderful. The location was very peaceful and beautiful. We even had deer visit us each day. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfy. It was a bit difficult to dock the boat, not much space left at the dock during our stay.

Great property on a quiet secluded cove on Lake Norman. Easily accessible to activities in Charlotte

The property is very nice. Awesome views from the large screened in porch, where we ate most of our meals. Having the kayaks available to use was a big bonus. The only negative-and the reason for only giving them 4 stars- was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Toothpaste spots on the faucets and in the sink, soap residue in the shower and long hairs in the drain. Maybe a new cleaning crew?

This home was perfect for our family get together. My son was able to bring his boat and have it docked right at the house. Everyone enjoyed the use of kayaks, boat rides, s’mores at the fire and playing in the lake. The location was well kept and a beautiful view plus it was so quiet. The children enjoyed seeing deer, geese, ducks and fishing off the dock. We loved the porch on the back-no bugs! Well supplied and very clean. Thank you for a wonderful family weekend!

Alot of unexpecteds

This home is nested in a very quite neighborhood with some permanent residents that speak frequently with the owners. Immediately upon arrival, we pulled our very small john boat around to the back yard so we could place it in the water via the private launch. As we were standing, admiring the dock, before unpacking/unloading or even backing our boat up to the launch, my phone in the car was already ringing off the hook with multiple missed calls and a voice mail. Neighbors had called the property owner to tell them we were going to use the launch. The owner immediately became alarmed and called to advise that the launch was under construction, was old and not allowed to be used even though it was imaged in the listing, looked perfectly normal and had no signs, barriers or emails advising there was anything wrong with it. Our boat was so small we could have walked it down the launch if they hadn't freaked out. I immediately felt I was doing something wrong, though I was not, and that we were being watched every step we took. Going into the house, which was adorable, cozy and clean, we found hand written sticknotes, typed notes, quit write ups on all sorts of paper types scotch taped all through the house on the doors, door locks, walls, mantle and toilets. It definitely took away from the charm and was immediately noticed and questioned by visitors we had. The basement bedroom with two beds, that my parents (in their 60s) planned to use I soon found out had NO DOOR. The stairs going to the basement had no door and the bedroom was at the bottom of the steps with no door. The image in the listing makes it look like it has a door to close, but that is the door to the unfinished portion of the basement with the washer and dryer that was not lockable or even able to use as a changing room safely. So, they had to stay in the bunk beds up stairs, in the room with no air movement. And my kids had to be downstairs further away. I had to buy a fan to make the temperature of that room bearable. There had been guests in the house prior to our check in and their trash almost completely filled the trash cans so before our stay was over we were scrambling to make all the trash fit in the driveway cans until pickup. The water was amazing in our nook, other than the extreme traffic on the open lake that constantly kept wakes rolling in. Adorable, peaceful home, I just don't want the next guests to have all the surprises we did. And be sure to pack a fan or two.

Scenic views, quiet setting

A very comfortable and charming home on the lake.This house had everything you need for an enjoyable time on the lake. The yard had a lot of space, the wrap around deck was great for morning coffee and just reminiscing about the day. The game room was an added bonus. Fully stocked kitchen and amenities.The host Bill and Jennifer were extremely helpful and answered any questions promptly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

Perfect Lakefront retreat

We stayed here in spring and were thrilled at all the options on the property and conviently close by for entertaining our family of four.The owners are gracious hosts and really thought of everything. The game room has foosball, pool, board games, and a good spot to cozy up to a movie.There is a lovely firepit and fabulous screened in porch (this is a MUST in NC mosquito season!) and a gas grill. The owners have generously shared their kayaks.CS boat rentals is a 20 min drive and you can rent jet skis and boats there, the owners have a private dock they open up to you for use if you do a multi-day rental, and it’s very clean and neat.Overall we highly recommend this property it was perfect for our family.

Beautiful Lake Home

We had a great stay. The house was very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed. There were tubes and kayaks for us to explore the lake. We loved the screen porch overlooking the lake. The beds were very comfortable. The firepit area was nice and we enjoyed makong smores. We totally felt at home. The owners were great and very accommodating. We will definitely be back for another visit.

The house has a great wrap around deck, and the screened in area was an added bonus. There was a need to remove cobwebs and clean stains off of deck furniture. Comfortable house with adequate space and a very enjoyable downstairs entertainment room. Kitchen was a good size, but not very well stocked with reasonable quality cooking supplies. Needed additional flatware and glasses. Found a couple live and dead roaches in the kitchen cabinets. It was nice to have 3-4 Kayaks available for use, but all of the seats were missing or broken.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Lake Norman Waterfront home. The house is very clean. The beds are comfortable. The yard and lake access are PERFECT. There is A LOT of seating outside. The screened porch is great for dining. The water tubes made for nice and relaxing floating and cooling off. We all enjoyed the pool and foosball tables. There are a few things to be mindful of: 1. Beach towels are NOT provided...this was stated in the welcome email, but we did not receive that until our check in date and we were flying from Phoenix, AZ. 2. Only 2 of the kayaks are usable, and only one of those has a seat/back support. 3. You can't use both showers at the same time...the water pressure drops significantly. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Cheers to those that can afford to live on the lake. Wow! :)

Beautiful waterfront home in Mooresville. Our home is located near the Trump National Golf Course, 15 miles to Davidson College, 35 miles to Lowes Motor Speedway. We are right off the main channel in a large deep cove. We have a large back yard for kids to run around or enjoy relaxing on the dock.
