The home accommodates up to 8 overnight guests and allows 8 guests during the day, offering flexibility for both short getaways and extended stays.

✔ Parking & Guest Policy: Maximum four cars in the driveway, no pets, and a two-night minimum stay (three nights on holiday weekends)

✔ Boat Docking: You can dock your rental boat or your own at the property (prior notice needed)
