The main level consists of a large, fully equipped kitchen with upscale appliances, a breakfast bar, large dining room, and a spacious living room with a tiled fireplace. The main level TV area also includes a surround sound system that reaches the deck! At the far end of the main floor sits the master, housing a king bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom.

Moving upstairs, you will find three additional bedrooms. Bedroom one (king bed) includes another en-suite bath with a jacuzzi tub. Bedroom two features a queen, with a twin bunk in the final bedroom that is perfect for younger travelers. Plenty of comfortable sleeping accommodations for your family or guests!

Rounding out this upscale vacation home is the fully finished lower level. The space comes complete with an additional TV area, large leather pit sofa, and ping pong table. Great space to put the kids at the end of the day! The basement also has a guest-accessible laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

THINGS TO NOTE:

**Pool is available Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend. Guests will be required to sign a separate addendum to our guest rental agreement pertaining to pool/hot tub usage if using these amenities. **Pool is closed between September 4th 2024 - May 25th 2025** Before you check out we ask that you please place your pool/hot tub towels in the washer and start a cycle.

*Please note that furniture on deck area has been updated since exterior photos were taken. Exact layout may vary.*

*For the safety of our guests, there are Ring cameras at the front door, the sliding glass door off the dining room, and by the garage door.

*Home is equipped with WiFi-enabled smart TV's (no cable).*
