The House of Putt & Plaid is something out of a magazine, professionally decorated with chic decor and modern amenities to bring the comforts of luxury living to you, our next guest. There is a perfect balance of seclusion and smooth access to all the neighborhood perks, including pools, a beach, restaurants, golf, tennis courts, a fitness center, and more.

Walking in the front door, you are met with the impressive great room, perfect for spending quality family time in style. The fully-equipped galley kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals to enjoy around the elegant dining area. For those in the family preferring a main-level bedroom, you're in luck! There's a comfortable bedroom with direct outdoor access for a morning coffee on the screened-in porch without disturbing the rest of the group.

Upstairs, the tranquil primary suite boasts a spacious bathroom and private balcony, as well as an additional bedroom. Heading down to the lower level, you will find the perfect place for the kids to have their own space: a bedroom, bathroom, and a theater-style living room. Outside, the home's expansive deck is the perfect spot to immerse yourself in the forest or enjoy al fresco dining with loved ones.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and access onto the deck.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.
Bedroom #4 includes 2 queen size beds.
The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, both featuring single vanities and glass walk-in showers.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Upon entering the neighborhood, guests will need to check in at the security checkpoint where they will issue access cards and parking pass(es). No more than 8 guests will be allowed onto the grounds of the community. Guest passes for community amenities are included in the nightly rate.
• There is not a golf cart included with this home & Abbey Springs does not permit rental golf carts in the neighborhood.
• The Abbey Springs community provides the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sport courts, arcade, fitness center, beach, lakefront park, and restaurants. We generally expect them to be open and available year-round (besides the outdoor amenities being available seasonally), but their availability is at the discretion of the community. As such, host is not responsible for the lack of availability of any community-provided amenities.
