Belle maison dans le lac de Côme, à quelques pas de la plage, à travers la rue du lac, à distance de marche des bars et restaurants locaux, parfait pour les grandes familles. Maison de 5 chambres avec deux salons. C’est magnifique et parfait pour une réunion de famille ou quelques familles. 5 chambres, 2 salons, belle cheminée à bois, cuisine bien équipée, salle de jeux avec bar, tennis de table, jeu de fléchettes, cannes à pêche, panier de basketball, immense foyer extérieur, barbecue, barbecue porche pour le café du matin surplombant le lac, à quelques pas de la plage, endroit incroyable comme le paradis sur terre. Le deuxième salon est parfait pour les adolescents pour leur propre espace! Idéal pour les week-ends de printemps, été, automne ou hiver. 5 miles du magnifique centre-ville du lac Léman. 13 km de la station de ski du Grand Genève. 13 miles à Alpine Valley.

Family weekend getaway

It was a wonderful place to stay! It is a beautiful location and the house is perfect for a family get together with great gathering places but enough space to spread out when needed, and fully stocked with everything we needed. We will be coming back!!!

Wonderful Wisconsin Thanksgiving

Perfect size home with everything you need for a holiday gathering. We had a four generation Thanksgiving and there was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy. The location is perfect and the host is very easy to communicate and work with. We look forward to visiting again very soon!!!

Family vacation

We had such a fun and memorable family vacation at this beautiful home! The location is absolutely perfect! We had 8 adults and 6 grandchildren that were ages 5 and under … they loved the private beach area and park and the game room was also awesome! I can’t say enough about how wonderful Kate was! Her communication and accommodations come with the highest of recommendations!

Great Home for Families!

We stayed with two other families, 6 adults and 6 children and the house worked out so well. Enough bedrooms/beds for everyone and different areas for the kids to play. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with!

Clean, bright, and quiet.

My group of friends stayed at the house for a long weekend. The house was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. There are water views from many of the windows and the front rooms get lots of sunlight. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Family Christmas

Lovely large home on Lake Como with plenty of spaces for our family of 5 adults and 6 children. Very well stocked with everything you need and super communication with our host, Kate! The game room was such a plus on a rainy winter weekend!! Only thing missing was snow but Kate provided us with a decorated Christmas tree and many Christmas decorations throughout the house!!

Kate is wonderful to work with. Her home had everything and more than you can imagine. The location was perfect. We were within minutes from Lake Geneva and Lake Delavan. We enjoyed the outdoor firepit and took advantage of renting kayaks from Papas bar and grill which was 3 doors down. You wont be disappointed.

Lake Home

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Was perfect for large family gathering and for teens. We had family ranging in age from 3 to 68. The teen kids had a space upstairs that was perfect for them. The game room worked out well for all ages. It is within walking distance to two small beaches and a business that rents paddle boards and canoes. The host responded to all questions quickly and couldn't have been more gracious. I can't wait to visit again.

Golf trip

I organized a Lake Geneva golf trip with 7 good friends and this VRBO was great. Central location for the golf courses and a couple bars within walking distance. The garage is converted into the entertainment room and was a perfect place to hang out in. You can open the garage door and walk out to the grill or fire pit. No bugs because it has a magnetic screen door for the opening. Place had everything we needed and was clean. Would stay again if we organize another Lake Geneva golf trip.

Perfect House

This house was incredible. It had everything you could’ve ever needed and more for a comfortable stay. We went for a bachelorette party and they even had bachelorette cups in one of the cabinets that we could use….when I tell you they had everything, they had everything!! Location is about A block from the water and walking distance from a few bars/small food joints; downtown lake Geneva is about 10 minutes away. We hadn’t even left yet before we were talking about coming back. Highly recommend!

Great home and hosts!

I definitely recommend this property! The home was very clean and extremely well stocked with supplies for our stay. We used the gas grill and many of the wide variety of kitchen appliances available. There were plenty of dishes and silverware for our group of 9. The indoor and outdoor spaces were well-maintained and perfect for our needs. We made use of the WiFi, appreciated the fire pit with firewood, enjoyed the lake view and short walk to Lake Como, and had plenty of parking for 6 vehicles. The hosts were wonderful and prompt in their communication. We would be happy to stay here again.

Awesome Living Areas

This is an awesome house! We were contacted days in advance with the check-in instructions. It was easy to find the home and get in. The design of the home is great for a group or families. There are 2 living areas and a separate game room. This allowed us to spread out when we wanted to, or all hang out together. The place was clean and overstocked with pillows, towels and kitchen supplies. We were there on a weekend when it snowed 8 inches and the outside temperature dropped to -10. The driveway was plowed quickly and the whole house was nice and warm. There are 4 thermostats so it was easy to control the different areas of the house. We had a wonderful stay and this is a house we will return to!

This is the perfect place to relax and wind down and reconnect with your friends and family. There is so much to do on the lake and surrounding areas that your kids won't miss their iPhones! We have the best memories of days at the lake and we are confident and excited to share it with you too.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our home is huge and we have included so many extra details that you are bound to love it here! We have two living rooms and we converted our garage into a game room which is perfect for all ages. Relax in the downstairs living room around the wood-burning fire, hang out in the game room around the bar, enjoy the outdoors around the firepit or in the enclosed gazebo, or relax upstairs in the second living room and enjoy a movie. This is the perfect home for all ages! The kids can go upstairs and wind down after a day on the lake or go hang out in the game room and play pool, ping pong, darts, or one of the numerous board games available. Enjoy the outdoors around the fire pit roasting marshmallows and taking in the serene lake in the evening or enjoy the outdoor enclosed gazebo. The basketball hoop, volleyball net, jump ropes, fishing rods, hula hoops, yard darts all provided for your entertainment. One of my favorite spots is relaxing in the enclosed gazebo in the evenings! Keep an eye out for our roaming deer that are bound to visit my garden for a snack.

The local bars and restaurants provide lots of entertainment. Visit the friendly faces at Papas to rent a kayak or Sunday afternoons relax and enjoy the live band. Cardboard races on the lake are always a great time! Swim out to the lily pad in front of Papas is always a favorite and the kids spend endless hours at the lake. Visit either of the two private beaches and children's playground and boat launch. Lake Como, Lake Geneva, and surrounding areas are the perfect vacation spot. Visit Mars Resort with fabulous food, drinks and entertainment and take a ride on the Como Queen. Ziplining at Lake Geneva canopy tours are nearby for the adventurous of your group, visit Dan Patch Stables for horseback riding, Skiing and golf at the Grand Geneva close by and also visit downtown Lake Geneva and take a cruise on the lake or rent jet skis or browse the quaint shops.
