Regarding the rodent activity, we understand how disruptive that can be, and we regret that it affected your stay. We immediately contacted our pest control service to thoroughly inspect the property and prevent this from happening again. They confirmed there was no active signs. As for the heated pool, we apologize for the inconvenience. The pool’s heating system is designed to maintain a comfortable temperature, as the pool is set at 84 degrees. Nothing was mentioned throughout the stay about the pool's temperature being too cold. We appreciate your understanding of our quick response during your stay, but we fully recognize that the issues you encountered made it far less than what you had hoped for.
