We love Franklin, so everything was within driving distance. Nice quiet neighborhood, great for families with kids with the play area. We just relaxed and I read the beautiful Bible on table. Very clean home and taken care of.

Great house in Franklin

This house was perfect for us because we were visiting family in various areas surrounding Nashville and it was only 20 minutes from everywhere! Great communication with Heather and the softest sheets you could ever ask for. We loved the coffee & s’mores supplies. Thanks so much!

Franklin home

This is one of the best VRBO’s That I have stayed in. The home is charming, well lit and inviting. The communication with the owner was great. Exactly as described and more. I would definitely recommend this as one of my all time favorites. The beds are extremely comfortable too!

Great Stay for Our Family

Everything was exactly as described. Very clean and well-decorated home. I appreciated that it felt like real people lived there and cared about the space and environment (compared to some rentals that have the bare minimum from IKEA and wayfair). I wish it were better weather so we could've used the fire pit and hammock. Kitchen supplies were great. We were 4 adults and two kids < 3yrs old.

Franklin my dear, we love it here!

Thanks for a wonderful week celebrating our birthdays and 50th anniversary. We felt welcomed with the smores basket, amenities and lovely home to relax in. Your home was just as described and the porch and outside fireside was an extra special treat. Great location to everything and Franklin was delightful. Hope to return very soon.

This house is so comfortable and cozy. Has everything you could ask for to make your stay special. Heather and Josh were amazing hosts the entire time. If you are in the area and need a place to stay, don’t hesitate this house has it all. Thanks again for going the extra mile to make us feel at home.

Cozy!

I rented this home for myself and my adult daughter since it’s just a few miles from Franklin and we wanted to be close to all the cuteness DTF has to offer with the shops and restaurants. This home is already cozy,with a great combo of new modern furniture mixed with older antiques.But they had it all decorated with a Christmas tree and decorations in every room which made it even more special. Great quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds! It was a cold weekend, but the heat worked great so we stayed very warm! We will definitely rent this one again!

Amazing stay in Franklin!!

Heather was wonderful to communicate with. The house is stunning- so clean, well equipped and the yard is so cute! Fire pit and Adirondack chairs were perfect for our group. Lots of dishes, pots/pan, etc. One of our favorite rentals ever. We stayed for CMA Fest in Nashville and it was a quick 25min trip which allowed us to stay in a safe area and away from the chaos of the city.

Just what we needed

We stayed at Franklin, My Dear while we were attending The Pilgrimage Festival and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Plenty of space, beds are comfy, easy access to the house and on a beautiful quiet street. The backyard was super dreamy. We did try to have a bonfire in the pit provided, but for the life of us couldn’t get it going. We’re from California and everything is dry so we usually can get one going pretty quick, but the moisture in Tennessee is a different breed! But it was still nice to just sit in the backyard under the string lights. The hosts were easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again and recommend for anyone coming to visit Franklin!

Beautiful home in a quaint neighborhood! My family loved everything about this property. Each bedroom was beautifully decorated and featured a comfortable king bed for a good night of slumber. The kitchen was well equipped and so pleasant to work in and sit at the bar to eat and visit. Our favorite was the sunroom and the ping pong! Location was perfect for our family close to grocery store, and Franklin shopping. Heather and Josh were great hosts both available and responsive! So thankful for the beautiful stay and fun memories made hear at “Franklin, My Dear”.

Great house!

We had 3 couples stay in this charming home while in town for a wedding. The location was great with proximity to downtown Franklin in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and comfortable for our group. We enjoyed the firepit and lights as well as the screened in porch. We played a little ping ping as well! The hosts were great communicating with us. I would definitely recommend this vrbo and stay again sometime!

This house was perfect for a family stay, in town for a wedding. A very comfortable space. We especially loved the backyard - the creek, fire pit, and sunroom were so lovely!

Castle wedding

We really enjoyed the comfort of our stay. The kitchen was nicely appointed. We had everything we needed. A bonus was the neighbors cute little kitten who visited us every time we returned from an outing. Would recommend this home to anyone visiting Franklin.
