La maison Lazy C est située près de la I-65 pour un voyage rapide vers le centre-ville de Nashville et est à moins de 5 km de la rue Main dans le quartier historique de Franklin.

We had a great Girls Trip at this property. It was conveniently located and set in a peaceful neighborhood. The house was clean and the host added lots of little details that made us feel welcome. The backyard was a beautiful place to hang out especially around the fire pit on a cool night.

The house is very clean and is in a GREAT neighborhood. Every house on the street is neat and clean. The house has been updated with new flooring and neat decor. It is about 2 miles from downtown Franklin and about a mile from the interstate. When we come back to Franklin, we will try to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home in Franklin. The neighborhood was peaceful and surrounded by vibrant greenery, which made for such a relaxing atmosphere. Inside, it felt like stepping into our own home—cozy, spacious, and incredibly quiet.The large windows in every room offered lovely views of the outdoors, where we enjoyed watching bunnies, birds, and dragonflies throughout our stay. The home was exactly as described, and we slept so well each night.Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us—we will definitely be back!

Great location-great home

This house was wonderful! It was clean. It was nicely updated. The rooms were very spacious! The kitchen was well stocked and lots of added perks left for us to use (how did they know I love diet Dr Pepper?!) They only thing we wished for (because it was hot outside) ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Thanks lazy-C for making our Nashville vacation just what we needed!

Best stay in Franklin

This was my 4th year staying in Franklin for a conference and this stay set the bar for all other stays. The hosts were responsive and so kind. There were snacks, coffee, and local recommendations for us when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. The location is quiet and convenient.

Beautiful and clean home!

This VRBO was very nice, accurate description, and the host provided us with snacks, drinks, plush towels and comfy beds.She even had half and half for our coffee!Rooms are large, kitchen complete with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The home was decorated with all things "Franklin" and suggestions for dining and shoppingWe would definety stay here again.

My husband and I took my Mother to visit my brother who lives in Franklin. We stayed at The Lazy C and it was a great choice. It was a quiet area and good central location to everything we wanted to do. The house was clean and well stocked. We would stay there againwould stay and well stocked up

We just loved our stay in this home. Instantly felt comfortable and relaxed by the beautifully decorated and roomy home. The kitchen had everything we needed and mini moon pies! The bedrooms were so big, with comfortable beds and pillows, We slept so much better than any hotel we have stayed in, We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience at Joyce’s property. Everything was very clean when we got there, the kitchen was fully stocked and even had nice little extras like coffee and sodas in the fridge. Beds were super comfy and extra blankets were plentiful. Joyce was quick to respond to me and very helpful. Would highly recommend staying here!

I was so happy with this house! In our current age of not so great vacation rentals and almost non existent customer service, Joyce’s place pleasantly surprised me and was hands down my best experience ever.

Weekend Review

We were in town for the weekend and the house and property were perfect! It had everything we needed and was very comfortable and felt like home. We had a special request for the owner and Joyce was kind enough to approve our request! Highly recommend, great location to food and groceries and easy trip to Nashville.

I love creating lovely homes for guests. This is my third VRBO/Airbnb property and I learn more each time I work on a property preparing it for guests. It is my goal for you to be comfortable, relaxed, and have a wonderful experience during your time in Franklin.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This house is a one-story ranch home with easy access for guests. It is located close to I-65 and quick to find and unload after a long day's travel or a trip from BNA airport. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and is also close to downtown Historic Franklin. We live in the same neighborhood and believe this is a great property to share with guests.
We will be revamping the backyard in this year to add more reasons to spend time relaxing at this home.
