Belle maison d'hôtes victorienne sur 4 parc comme acres avec des jardins et une chapelle familiale en pierre de style européen. Le chalet a des porches enveloppants avec des rockers donnant sur un joli jardin vivace - un endroit parfait pour prendre votre café du matin ou un verre de vin le soir! Le chalet a 2 lits queen, 1 lit king et un futon adapté aux enfants. Il a également une laveuse et une sécheuse, une cuisine entièrement équipée et un petit bureau pour travailler, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une connexion sans fil et une télévision par câble. Il y a une piscine d'eau salée au cœur qui est parfois partagée avec les propriétaires.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the hosts were so welcoming and accommodating (heating the pool & allowing the kids to swim at night. Great restaurants & lots to see and we visited an Alpaca farm in the area the kids & adults loved it. We highly recommend!

This is a lovely and relaxing property away from the hustle and crowds of Nashville, but close enough to get to downtown within 30 minutes. The hosts are wonderful and always available to answer questions. Everything is well-stocked and as advertised. The pool is a great bonus. Definitely would stay again when in the area.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property. The house had plenty of room, the grounds were lovely, and the pool was a hit with everyone in our group. Communication with host was also exceptional. 5-star rating!

Perfect Place to Stay with Besties

We're middle-aged, wanted our own pool, and to be close enough to enjoy Nashville but not be bothered by crowds. Quiet peaceful property. Great communication with owner. She is spot on for recommendations for anything from grocery, to butchershop, to where to park in Nashville. Great place to stay!

Baseball world series

We stayed for our son to play in the world series, this property is only 14 mins from the fields! The owner stayed in contact checking on us the whole time. There was also anything we could have forgotten. We would definitely stay here again!

Recharging and Rekaxing

Property is absolutely beautiful with flower gardens surrounding it. I loved the porch with the rocking chairs for morning coffee. It's quiet with wildlife around and yet close to Nashville and Franklin. The pool is absolutely refreshing. I would highly recommend this property!

Peaceful sanctuary

An absolutely beautiful cottage and surrounding grounds, full of lush gardens and trees. Welcoming hosts, and lots of songbirds. Despite a mostly rainy cool weekend, it was a very relaxing and comfortable home to hang out in with the family. Thanks to Wes and Linda!

Charming Guest House, Beautiful Grounds

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Yoder's charming guest house. The house is cozy and inviting with a very well equipped kitchen. We spent 4 days visiting family, touring the local area and enjoying the comforts of the Yoder property. The swimming pool and patio were again very well maintained and equipped with floats, rings,air mattresses etc. Grandchildren loved the chance to swim as well play on the beautiful grounds. The owners were gracious and available. A great stay!

Spacious guest house filled with warmth and charm

From the moment I stepped out of my car, I knew I was in for a treat. We were greeted with home made bread and an amazing view, The space was perfect for us and our hosts even gave us a tip on a great venue in Nashville. We toured the estate and even spent time in the chapel. What a unique, clean, and beautiful property.

Annual Book Club Retreat

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this lovely home. The grounds were so beautiful during all the fall colors. The pool was heated and we enjoyed swimming at night and visiting around the pool. The house had plenty of space for all 5 of us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were celebrating our first gathering of our Book Club. The house is centrally located to downtown Franklin, Grand Old Opry and Broadway Street for a true Nashville experience .

Beautiful Property

My Family stayed for a week as we were in town for a wedding. The property was beautiful and perfectly met our needs. Great location in a beautiful area. Linda and Wes were more than accommodating. They are great people and truly care about your time and experience while you are staying there. Hope to visit again next year.!

Wonderful Place to Stay

What an incredible place to stay! It was nice and cozy, and perfect for all of us staying. Our littles enjoyed the place, and the hosts were incredibly kind. We were sad to leave, but will definitely consider staying here again on future trips to the area. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Wonderful girls trip to Franklin!

Linda was a fabulous host!! This beautiful cottage was exactly as described and made for the perfect weekend. We were welcomed with some wonderful southern hospitality, couldn’t have asked for a better vacation getaway!!

Franklin Cottage

Our stay was quiet and peaceful with plenty to do with our children! Our kids loved the pool and all the floats available to play with! The location is close to downtown Nashville which allowed us to do a lot of sight seeing during the day! The hosts are friendly and communicate very well. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay!

Lovely Guest House

We had a great week at this home! It was quiet, clean, safe, and the grounds are gorgeous! I rated 4/5 for location because while it is in Franklin, it’s still 20 minutes out of the city so going to see the sites around Franklin was farther than we expected. However, the trade off for a quiet street and such beautiful landscaping was worth it. I think it’s worth noting on the listing that both bathrooms are downstairs. One is off the kitchen and has a small stall shower. The other bathroom is the main one, more spacious and off the hall. I would’ve preferred an upstairs bathroom for the bedrooms up there but it was serviceable for one week. Our hosts were great, we felt safe and enjoyed the pool quite a bit.

Sibling Vacation

We had the best time ever. This house and location is so fabulous. Away from the bustle of Nashville but not to far from where we wanted to go. It is an amazing place to stay. Very nice and well kept. The owners were extremely nice yet did not bother us at all. Thank u for the great hospitality

Highly Recommend!

This place is excellent! The pool is amazing, the grounds are beautiful, and the beds are comfortable. The hosts, Linda and Wes, were very friendly, and even provided baked bread to welcome us. It's in a more secluded residential area but is only about 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do in Nashville. Will definitely stay again!

The property was beautiful and the pool was amazing. The host, Nora was absolutely amazing! Anytime we needed anything she responded quickly and was super helpful. We were celebrating the besties upcoming wedding and they even sent a Venmo to the bride for a drink!! Loves our stay!!

You could not ask for better hosts. Very friendly and easy to reach. A beautiful tranquil place , the house,grounds and pool were perfect. The only bad thing about our trip was that we had to leave. 5 plus stars .

Oasis in Nashville

We spent a long weekend in Nashville and couldn't have asked for a better home away from home!! The house was impeccable and comfortable in every way. The decor was cozy and cool, with everything you would need at your fingertips. Linda was wonderful, left us with home made bread which we enjoyed every morning while sitting on the wrap around porch in the most serene environment!! I could go on forever on how amazing this was, looking forward to our next trip out! Highly recommend this property, absolutely a gem!

We had the most wonderful time at this amazing home!! The hosts Linda and Wes were warm and inviting! The property was magical with plenty of room to roam!!. The location is great and within 30 minutes of anything we wanted to do!I highly recommend this property for a quiet , relaxing stay!!!
