Belle maison de luxe située dans la prestigieuse Roswell (banlieue d'Atlanta). Cette maison prestigieuse entiÚrement meublée dispose de 4 chambres et 3 & 1/2 salles de bains et elle a toutes les nécessités de la maison. Cette maison est située dans un lotissement trÚs recherché et se trouve sur plus d'un acre. Cette maison dispose de 4 chambres. Deux des quatre chambres sont surdimensionnées et peuvent accueillir un matelas queen-size gonflable .......... également fourni sur demande. L'une des deux autres chambres dispose d'une petite mezzanine pouvant également accueillir un matelas gonflable queen-size - le mieux adapté pour un enfant plus ùgé ou un adolescent.


Cette maison est trĂšs spacieuse avec un magnifique plan d'Ă©tage ouvert. Cette maison est une merveilleuse alternative Ă  une chambre d'hĂŽtel ennuyeuse.

Roswell Mansion

Beautiful older home with lovely furnishings. Great coffee choices and every imaginable piece of cookware you might need. I was bummed the jacuzzi tub wasn’t working as that was one of the main reasons I chose the property.

RENTER BEWARE

We have rented many homes around the world. This was by far the worst experience we ever had. When we arrived after a 10-hour drive, the outside of the house looked unkept and in need of a power wash. The kitchen had been superficially “cleaned” but the cabinets were so sticky, we had to pull hard to open them! Cabinet handles were either loose or falling off. The pantry and refrigerator had opened food remaining. The glasses and dishes were mis-matched garage sale items that all needed cleaning. The deck and outdoor patio table and chairs hadn’t been cleaned in months, (green pollen residue remained from the spring and this was July). The grill was moldy, sticky and unsanitary and the deck was covered in black mold and in need of repair. Several things were not working and we received notice of some of those items from the owner as we were driving to the house. The cooktop didn’t work! The sign over the tub in the master bedroom says its not working. We contacted the owner to offer to have our own cleaning person to come in and clean up. She forced us to leave the house immediately, threatening to call the police on us and leave now! To date, we have only received a partial refund of our payments. She has withheld over $2,400 of the $6,000 we paid. VRBO has provided little to no assistance in helping us get our money back despite extensive documentation and photographs. My advice is to look for another house before you rent this one. There is more but no room left to w.

Restoration Month

We would like to highly recommend staying at this luxurious home. First, Mignon is a wonderful host. She responds promptly and effectively. She was very flexible with us as our dates changed many times. We ended up staying for a month while work was being done on our house. We needed faster Internet speed for our work, and she had it set up right away, not even charging is for it. Mignon was extremely accommodating with all of needs in an instant. She also allowed for us to bring our pets without hassle. As for the house, the description listed does not do it justice. It is a very spacious home filled with luxurious high-end furnishings and rugs to create a cozy feeling in a large home. The description states that it sits on one acre, however, that acre backs up to the woods. The back side of the house is almost all windows allowing for plenty of natural sunlight and a serene private view. On sunny days I did my Pilates on the balcony off the master bedroom which was as if being in a tree house, with the view of the treetops and the sounds of nature. This safe neighborhood has sidewalks and is well lit a night for an evening stroll and marvelous view of the stars on a clear night. Our daughter worked from the basement where she admired a family of 5 deer daily roam the area in the back. The basement has high-end tile and double headed shower! The kitchen is fully stocked with all high-end brand name cookware and a multitude of utensils. There is even a built-in shop-vac in the garage which my husband used to clean out the car. There is a circular driveway allowing for easy exit and plenty of parking room. We were sad to leave this grand home in this affluent neighborhood.

THE STEWART"S THANKSGIVING VACATION 2021!

Perfect! Migon Perry place is perfect for large gatherings in the Atlanta area. It’s a very warm and comfortable home. It was very spacious house that served my family and I quite well for our thanksgiving get away. She welcomed us, The home is well stocked
.It was a very easy check in and check out and she was easily accessible for any questions I had. Highly recommend her place!

Large home in need of repair and maintenance.-"Renter beware"

Large old home in dire need of repair, maintenance, and conversion to current conveniences. Kitchen smells of must and old wood cabinets and flooring. Refrigerator is fine. Cooktop and ovens are from the late 70's early 80's and cabinets are in poor shape and poor functionality. Counter top is broken with 3-4 foot crack in it. Microwave is a wall mounted unit sitting on the counter top with no proper ventilation. Home is cluttered with numerous personal belongings. If you stay at this home be sure to walk through the home and document everything. Owner hit our damage deposit claiming we made hole behind door where door knob made indention/hole in wall, mind you, NO DOORSTOP was installed and the door knob itself was hanging off door. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS HOME until owner repairs all the shortcomings and safety issues at the home. It's too bad, home is large and in a very nice area of Rosswell, GA.

Spacious and very comfortable home

I recently stayed at this property with several family members in town for my son's wedding. The house is very large and comfortable and allows for all guests to have their own space and privacy. Property is located in a lovely neighborhood near the desirable Downtown Roswell area with easy access to major roads and highways. The owner, Mignon, was easy to reach via text, phone call, or e-mail... I thank her for being such a wonderful host! You will not go wrong if deciding to book a stay at this property.

Beautiful property in gorgeous ATL suburb

I stayed at Mignon's property with a group of friends as we were attending a wedding in nearby Marietta. We were all very impressed by the beautiful house when we entered, and we had a fantastic stay. The house itself was incredibly spacious and tastefully appointed. Mignon was a delight to deal with - she was super responsive and tremendously helpful via email, phone, and text both during the booking process in the weeks leading up to our visit, and then during the visit itself. If I ever find myself in the area, I would absolutely stay here again!!

Not an Executive Home

Even though this property is in a great neighborhood and is a large property, the decor is very dated and has multiple issues. Poor plumbing is the biggest issue. The toilet downstairs had to be repaired during our stay and the bathroom tubs do not drain properly when taking a shower. Also, the property only has two tv's so if you have a large family (or multiple families) you will have to watch tv online in certain rooms. Additionally, some of the rooms do not have dressers and we had to keep our clothes (such as undergarments) in suitcases. Last, we could not use the grill because the propane tank was empty and was not replaced.

Beautiful, secluded home surrounded by forest

My family stayed at Mignon's beautiful home for the better part of two weeks while visiting friends and taking some much needed R&R. Mignon was a wonderful host and didn't hesitate to accommodate our schedule, both in arriving and departing. The house was in immaculate condition and spacious enough for a much larger family than mine. The kitchen, dining and living rooms have beautiful views of the forest surrounding the premise, as do the several outdoor decks and balconies. The spacious inside, with tall vaulted ceilings and many windows providing airy bright sunlight, is very tastefully decorated and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location is on a very exclusive, quiet, non thru-way road, which gave us the peace and quiet we were looking for. Also, it was only about a five minute drive to some of the nicest restaurants and sites in Roswell. We will definitely return sometime. Thanks so much for a great stay Mignon!

Excellent for families!

We recently spent the weekend in this lovely home. It was spacious, clean and well stocked. The kids got a kick out of the loft, and the movie selection was great! We enjoyed the tri level decks each evening. The pool, while was a small drive away (you can walk there, but it was better to drive) was secluded and very nice. Although we did not use it, tennis courts were adjacent to the pool. Thank you Mignon-we had a great time!

I am Jamaican, and married and living in Georgia. This is my personal home which i lived in before marrying my husband 16 years ago. We mostly live in his home near Augusta.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The house was renovated recently with a complete walkout basement and two full bedrooms. The furnishings are mostly new and modern. The house is very spacious (6000+sq ft). It is located in a very safe subdivision with two dead end streets
 so limited traffic from non residents.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Close to the Roswell Village and Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Alpharetta. The new baseball stadium is also close by.
