Consisting of an enclosed, fully equipped kitchen, shared living and dining area, balcony, one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a guest bathroom.
The living area boasts a comfortable, large L shaped sofa that can seat four guests, a Smart TV, and a small round dining table perfect for four. Guests can admire the views from the small balcony. The large kitchen has sleek granite counters and is fully equipped with all necessary essentials and appliances including a toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine as well as a dishwasher.
The master bedroom has one queen-size bed accommodating a maximum of two people. Small wardrobe with additional dresser and en-suite bathroom. All essential amenities are provided including hotel-grade linens and fluffy high-quality towels.
The building features a swimming pool, state-of-the-art gymnasium and one private parking spot.
