THE SPACE
A private one-bedroom condo with a separate living room, a full kitchen, one bathroom and a balcony. It is furnished and stocked for longer stays, so you can arrive with a suitcase. The whole condo is yours.

WHO IT SUITS
Travel nurses and medical staff, students and visiting faculty, and people relocating to Seattle. Past guests have stayed here for a six-week medical school rotation and for three months.

WALKING TIMES
The Harborview and Seattle University campuses both start within about a 5-minute walk.
Harborview: about 5 minutes to the Patricia Steel Building, 10 to 12 to the main hospital entrance
Seattle University: the track and field are across the street; the center of campus is 6 to 7 minutes
Swedish First Hill: about 10 minutes to the main entrance
Swedish Cherry Hill: under 15 minutes

DOWNTOWN
Buses 3 and 4 reach downtown in about 15 minutes. Pike Place Market is about 15 minutes by bike or car, 20 by bus.

One free space in the building's secured garage, with an elevator from the garage to your floor.

WORK
An electric height-adjustable desk and a high-back mesh office chair in the living room, with high-speed WiFi.

LIVING ROOM
Sofa and a TV with HBO.

SLEEP
The bedroom has a queen bed for two. For extra guests, a queen air mattress with a built-in pump sets up in the living room in about two minutes. Please don't sleep on the sofa.

KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY
Full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, cookware and dishes. Washer and dryer inside the unit, with detergent provided.

BUILDING
Free gym on site. The Seattle University track and field across the street is open to the public for running.

READY WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Fresh bed linens, two towels per guest, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, and a starter kit with bottled water, a toothbrush and toothpaste. The condo is professionally cleaned before every stay.

CHECK-IN
Check-in is self-service. Your keys are in a lockbox by the lobby gate, and I send step-by-step arrival and parking instructions with photos through Vrbo messages before your check-in day, so a late-night arrival is no problem.

GOOD TO KNOW
Stays are 30 nights or longer.
All utilities and WiFi are included.
This is a residential condo building, so please keep noise down. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM.
No smoking or vaping, no parties or events, and no pets.
Please take your shoes off at the door.
There is no air conditioning. A portable fan is provided.
